By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. All the food was under temperature and received the wrong drink. When you mess up a good chunk of an order, I believe a place like this is beyond caring about the customer's experience. Will never order food from a place that doesn't take pride in what they do. Embarrassing.

This used to be one of the best BKs around. Unfortunately the service and food quality has declined to be one of the worst ones now. I just just there and got a BK fish sadly it went into the trash because it was not even eatable. It was cold hard and way over cooked. I'm guessing that it had sat for a long period of time under a heat lamp. Come on BK get it together you can be better than this.
I've come here many times over the last ~10 years or so, it has unfortunately had a fairly significant decline in quality.
Came in on a Saturday with my kids for lunch.
Issues: -Order Kiosk was out of receipt paper so I didnt get a receipt. -Freestyle Coke machine was out of everything except lemon lime seltzer water -Food was ok, chicken tasted stale like it was old. -Bathrooms were dirty, and out of soap, so you can safely assume none of the workers were washing their hands or they would've noticed this.
This place is one surprise food inspection visit away from being shut down. Avoid.
This place is AWFUL. The crew members are rude and they NEVER get your order right. I’ve tried multiple times and no matter how many times you correct them or repeat it, they STILL get it wrong. Honestly it’s really starting to feel like they WANT to have no customers. Terrible terrible terrible.

Slow service. The girl with the short brown curly hair working the drive up window should not be working there. She was rude and easily flustered. We asked for a substitution and instead of explaining to us at the order window they could not, I had to check my bag first. When I asked her if we could, she rudely said "I can't make fries into mozzarella sticks." ? ok I know what she meant but please be polite and don't speak to us in a rude manner. We will not be going there again. Otherwise food was good.
