Careful using app at this location. I'd already paid so when I arrived to pick up food to a line of 15 cars and a locked lobby I was stuck with no way to cancel my order and must wait or lose my money. Chronically under staffed. Cold food on the regular. Just skip this location if possible. Maplecrest spot does a good job on otherside of town

This Franchisee does not care about providing hot and appetizing food: I ordered a Big Fish, Onion Rings, Sweet Tea ; The fish was hard and crusty, it did not contain the added items Mayo and onions, the rings were soggy and chewy, and the tea was bitter! I sense these people donot care about customer, customer preferences or customer feedback!! Avoid this particular BK franchise and get them to reconsider their services!!!

Gave me someone else order and I paid more for mine I don't like making complains cause I also work in customer service store and I called them nicely you know explain what happendand the didn't understand me that's fine they could have told me to explain a bit more but I hear them say "I don't understand her or what she's saying" and they hangup on me?!! 😠Like wym u can't understand it's simple it's not that hard lmao..
