Placed mobile orders and got there and they was closed...it was 10:45pm...it said online that they was open and a week later I still have not received the money back on my card...this is why people hate the south side!!!

THEY STEAL YOUR CASH…. Ordered online and when I show up they confirmed my order and then said they “cant complete it” The. refused to refund my money, or cancel the order. It literally doesn’t matter where else you go to eat. At least you’ll actually get food if you pay for it.

I ordered carry-out with a single burger — add onions and no pickles — and ended up with a cold burger loaded with extra pickles. I waited for a while and noticed they also didn’t include the zesty sauce I already paid 30 cents for. When I asked for one, I was told, “I should charge you for that.” Maybe try reading the ticket?

Nearly everyone in the back was on their phone. I’m all for checking my phone at work, but come on — I just wanted a warm lunch. I didn’t realize I shouldn’t expect even the bare minimum from this location.

Went to the pet location went to go order breakfast. They tell me they don’t have half the things on the menu when I asked them to substitute a croissant instead of a biscuit since they didn’t have any they told me no that I had to pay extra charge, how inconvenient is this? What kind of customer service is that? You don’t have what we haven’t one on the menu But you won’t substitute do not recommend.
