I visited the location the other day I tried to get my money back via the app, but that didn’t work so they’re offering me a $10 coupon but I don’t even wanna return because this is the second time that the food has been nasty and not even fresh so we’ll start with the original chicken sandwich. It was like it was old, soggy, and greasy like it had been sitting on the bun for over at least 20 minutes Just underneath the heater the fries soggy not crisp tastes like they were needing a new batch of grease to be fried in and the cheeseburger just was horrible or seven dollars in my life.

I thought new Haven was bad! U r the worst nothing in my order was right I had a combo and a kid's meal,food was disgusting.also it would help you to change your fryer grease, very dark and burnt tasting.definatly a management problem

Stopped by for lunch after church on Superbowl Sunday. My husband needed his a way that isn't on the kiosk. Ramon was busy taking care of the drive thru and the counter. He is extremely professional. He said I will be with you in a minute and he was. We asked if my husband could get a certain thing and he quickly had it ordered for us. Every word and every action he did not only for us, but for drive thru, another employee, and the other customer at the counter showed he either has had good leadership training or it is just an innate leader. You don't find that professionalism in too many fast food restaurants. Thank you Ramon. It was a pleasure being there with you leading.

Staff is rude. It takes an hour just to get food if you go through the drive-through they pick one and just run all the cars through that one you sit and watch four cars go before you. I don’t know what the point is of having two lanes to order if you only take orders off of one.

Fast and friendly service but much of my order was missing. Missing sandwich, missing side, no barbeque sauce, no straw, incorrect drink. Roughly $14 of food was missing.

It would be a minus star if I could one car at the window. I'm at the speaker for 5 minutes. Just drove away what ever happened to drive through being that slow. Covid was years ago start doing your jobs.

I came in around 5 pm ish ordered a classic melt and chicken sandwich minus Mayo when I got to work and opened the melt the bread was rock hard and the Patty's looked old, like they were sitting out all day.

Went to run a few errands tonight, all of which went HORRIBLY WRONG, so I decided to grab something quick for dinner on my way home. At the speaker after ordering my food, I had jokingly mentioned “I better get my dogs something cause they’re sitting here giving me “the eye.” Once I got my food, the gentleman at the window told me to roll my back window down & I confusingly looked down & saw they had ripped a whole whopper patty in half for them!!! 😂💕
THEN as I was pulling off, I was all the way out by the light pulling back out onto Lima road & just so happened to look over & saw the guy from the drive thru window RUNNING at my car with his hand in the air. My mind had been so scattered from everything going wrong, that I LEFT MY CARD AT THE WINDOW!!! He went out of his way to literally SPRINT in the freezing cold (without a jacket, by the way!!!) to bring me my card!!!! 💕💕💕💕💕
RAMON!!! If you happen to see this, I want you to know that you are amazing & you completely made my night!!!! If he has any managers or bosses that see this, PLEASE know that you have an AMAZING & dedicated employee!!!! That is so RARE anymore!!! I could go on about how amazing my experience was from this one little visit to Burger King. It definitely turned my day all the way around!!! I don’t do (good or bad) reviews hardly EVER unless something really sticks out to me & you did just that tonight. This man went WAYYYY above and beyond his job duties tonight & I think he needs the recognition & rewarded for his dedication to his job!!!

I go here regularly, as it’s close to my job & my house but I will be sure to tell everyone about this experience and don’t think I’ll ever go to another bk again! 😂💕

15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers is too many minutes. Loud kitchen too busy socializing to get orders out on time. A higher-up should find new employees because these ones are broken.

Slow. Very slow. Yesterday got my order wrong for bourbon burger. Today there was no sauce on bacon burger. Sweet tea tasted like plastic from inside a water bottle during ww2. Not going again.
