Terrible saw a girl filling a tray of lettuce with her bare hands food is never hot nobody’s wearing hair protection they’re just disgusting throw the whole Burger King away and also there is nothing fast about this location

As im paying the gentleman taking my order is literally on the phone . Didn't say a word to me. Just proceeded with his phone call and handed me receipt . Do not go here. Grab a gas station deli sandwich instead

1 worker always running the place but she is amazing idk how they do it always nice and hot

Went through the drive through and the worker said they're out of cheesy tots and it would be replaced with jalapeño bites or replaced with fries. We didn't even get the jalapeño bites we originally ordered, just 4 or 5 things of fries, our burgers and then had to sit at the window and ask the worker for the frozen coke we had ordered before at the speaker.

Ran out of toys and nobcoje products
Waited for food for 20 minutes, have employees that aren’t even on shift getting bags of foods for free and a million people waiting around manager was only one trying got mouths flying worried about social instead of their job
Went in to get something to eat and needed to use the restroom and it was clogged with no sign or anything that said the bathroom was un usable and when I say un usable I mean disgusting. Turned me away and couldn’t eat there.

Myself and my family walked in today and there was no one else in the lobby.. Accept for a lady at the front counter that didn't even greet us just held up her index finger and said 1 minute as we were waiting the digital menus went from breakfast to lunch...OK could have let us know what we were holding for lol but moving on.. After we waited a couple minutes following our son's inevitable disappointment were told another 10 minutes with another held up index finger at this point I feel like we just walked straight into a Bob's Burgers episode however we grin and bear it. So it's about 15 minutes since we walked into this burger king and they are deeply worried about the drive through and their breakfast to lunch switch over not so much the family nay the only people in their lobby. At this point I'm getting kind of upset because I've been in the hospitality industry my entire life and I have never been able to just ignore the people in the lobby without my manager in my face. I go up to the counter to ask about an E.T.A on when they will be able to serve food and I got met with yet another held up finger and some ugly looks from the kitchen and still not a manager in sight...I get it we don't get paid enough to do the job we do however when I bring my family into a dining establishment and am met with 3 impatient finger wagging sessions and no explanation as to when we can expect service after waiting 15 minutes with no manager in sight ... We will just go to subway our bill was the same they got right to us and the food was healthier you'll be getting the finger before myself or my family ever come to your store. Get it together.. Oh yeah I went back in before we left for subway just to get the managers name it was Justin.
