When we arrived at Burger King this evening just before 6:00, we were told that they were "out of meat" and were "waiting on more." Given the number of other people already waiting for their orders, we didn't think it could be that long and decided to order our half dozen burgers and fries. We had to wait 31+ minutes to receive our order. At some point early on in our wait, a woman who turned out to be an off-duty employee, and who had been loitering in the lobby with her young child no older than 5, called back to one of the THREE kitchen workers and volunteered to go home, get her uniform on, and return to help with the mounting backlog of orders. In the meantime, another customer, who had ordered through the app, brought up an issue with being charged for the wrong order. The manager, an older lady with a lazy eye, was incredibly rude to the man who was bringing up the error. Some time later, near the 28 minute mark (I could see the order screens that the workers use above the bagging station, and I took a picture of it), I noticed that they had meat and were starting to assemble sandwiches with an astounding lack of a sense of urgency. They also seemed to be disoriented about which sandwiches to make, and in which order. I called back and asked if there was any way I could get an estimate for when my family's food would be ready. The same older lady was incredibly rude in her response. She said she'd have to bump my order above everyone else's, in an attempt to make me feel guilty for asking. Again, I could see the order screens above the bagging area, and could see that mine was by far the oldest order. Somehow, the people before me had gotten their orders, presumably as the beef patties thawed a few at a time.A couple of minutes later, I received most of my order. One burger had been left out, but to their credit, they noticed the error before we sat down and brought the remaining burger out to our table. The fries had been boxed and had sat under the warmer for the full 30 minutes, and so were not at all fresh. Also, despite the workers having nearly nothing to do for all that time, the ketchup dispenser was nearly empty. This entire time, the staff kept taking orders, content to let people wait for indeterminate periods of time. After we sat down to finally eat, the volunteer returned, and left her son unattended with an iPad and some toys in the lobby while she went back and worked. On more than one occasion, the boy ran towards the kitchen, shouting that he needed help with the iPad. I did not see if he ever entered the kitchen, but I do know that he got whatever help he needed from his volunteer mom or the older woman, whom I can only assume is his grandmother, based on how they interacted. As I was walking out the door, the older lady was out in the lobby reprimanding the young boy about something, when one of the workers came out of the kitchen and called out to the older lady, saying "we're out of onions."Overall, I'm shocked at how poorly run, planned, managed, stocked... Just... How poor that Burker King was. If it weren't for the fact that I was tired from a day of travel and in need of getting my family home, I would have stayed longer and gotten a refund, it was that bad of an experience.

Who knew Burger King now uses a kiosk for orders. Apparently, their employees don't know it. After standing at the counter and the employee looking at me several times, I turned to leave, and there's the kiosk behind me. It was partially blocked by another sign, so it wasn't visible on the way in, and nothing else to indicate it was there. You do whatever to make it more apparent that you're using a kiosk for ordering, but I'm done with this Burger King. Wise uo!

I can't fairly review the food at this location since I'm never able to get any here. If you're craving Burger King then save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. You're less likely to be ignored completely elsewhere.

We walked in for dinner. There were 2 guys standing at the counter ready to order, and no one came to the counter to take their order. After about 5 minutes, they left. Then, another couple of minutes later, a manager finally came to the counter and took our order. There was no body inside eating and only 2 cars in the drive-thru when we pulled in. Our food took a while before we got it. The bathrooms were disgusting.

Received ice cold food in the drive through. So I immediately told them about it, food was snapped out of my hands to place back in bag and she came inside and I've been sitting outside for 20 minutes trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do next.

I had some time to kill, and most the other lunch places were busy, so I went through the drive-through and got a double cheeseburger. I had low expectations. But WOW - this was the best $3 sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The meat was fresh off the grill and HOT, which is something McDonald’s never does right. It was perfectly constructed, and the bun was fresh, with just the right amount of condiments. And the Diet Coke was spot on from the fountain. Service was fast. This was just as good as a Five Guys at a fraction of the price. I will be back soon, and next time I’m gonna tip these folks.

First time at this Burger King.We ordered lunch for three adults: two chicken wraps, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich and three French fries.Dine in wasn't too busy with two customers ahead of us.It took 14 to 15 minutes to get our food from the time it was ordered and paid for. This was around 2:30 in the afternoon. There was no ice in the fountain machine in the dining room. The food was good, but based on this experience, I would go somewhere else.

My Husband had to wait 20 minutes before being told they "did not have any orders." Employee addressed him by saying what is up. Ridiculous now we are out our money from doing a mobile order. Please shut mobile order down and have someone at the box to be able to tell people when you can't do orders.

Waited 22 minutes on a mobile order. Isn't that the point of ordering ahead? Just to be told they are out of what I ordered.
