I really appreciate that the food didn't come out greasy. Kudos to BK for this achievement. My sandwich did not have lettuce on it as expected, but everything else was good. This location gets extra points for still having a play area.. not for me, but the general public.. I'm too big to play there anymore. The restaurant appeared clean, including the restroom which had warm water. My only other request, besides remembering the lettuce, is to have fresh sweet and unsweet tea rather than coming from the fountain... That fountain tea tastes like a sad childhood and abandonment.. let's get some fresh tea made with love.

If you want horrible customer service and be shorted on your food this is the place for you. Shorted on chicken fries, food was shoved out the window, waited for 10 minutes with barely an apology as the door shut, and forgot our ketchup. Will not be returning.

When they made ice coffee was not full. Ordered lemonade at first window got to second window and they wouldn't give it saying I didn't pay for it.
Ordered a chicken sandwich. Light lettuce and light mayo. Got one with light mayo light lettuce add ketchup and pickle. Was not what was on the kios when I hit order. Guy behind the counter was a dick when I brought it up to question.

This was the third time I had been here. The last two times were good. My food was hot and fresh and juicy. Today, the manager admitted that she was the one who cooked my burger patties the last time. Today, they were so dry and when I went up to get salt, telling her that I needed help choking it down, the only thing she did was apologize. I spent $16. That is a lot of money for food that is not enjoyable.

Burger King is a proud sponsor of the Fort Wayne Komets hockey team however when a fan shows up with a coupon from the fans save app they don’t honor it even the manager didn’t have a clue they sponsor the Komets. I definitely won’t be back especially when it sounded like the employees were laughing at me. I pulled away without ordering anything! No wonder they filed Chapter 11!
