Horrible service, from an assistant manager. Black,curly hair, funny built. Had me pay .32 for a barbecue sauce, though I ordered a plain burger. No pickles, ketchup, etc, so that should've been s courtesy. Had to request tables bieng cleaned in playroom. This same manager said " GIRL" don't be mad at me because you had to pay .32 for a sauce, and continued to roll her eyes, and continued mumbling to the 2 ladies she was helping. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, GHETTO, ILLITERATE, AND AN EMBARRASSMENT TO BE REPRESENTING BURGER KING!!! All employees refused to give her name, so I could report to corporate. Ghetto crew.

Gave my husband food poisoning. So hungry after work didn't realize the burger was raw until halfway through. Worst part is we had a long wait for the food because the burgers were just made. Employee was helpful though, apologized and offered us another food item, didn't seem like they didn't anything to make sure they didn't serve another raw burger though. Overall customer service was very good and they were friendly, just wish they'd quality check their food.

As a former employee of that establishment, I would like to share my observations and experiences in a professional manner. Throughout my one and a half years of employment, I primarily worked in the mornings, concluding my shift at 2:00 pm. During this time, I noticed that the majority of the morning crew, particularly the kitchen workers, diligently strived to ensure accurate and timely food service. However, I am not familiar with the operations and practices of the night shift.Regrettably, I feel compelled to discuss concerns about the owner, and their prioritization of profit over employee well-being. Furthermore, I recently reported an incident involving an employee who stole a customer's purse from the bathroom during Christmas last year. The customer had visited the establishment, made a purchase, and accidentally left her wallet in the restroom. Subsequently, the aforementioned employee discovered the abandoned purse, took the money, and disposed of the purse itself.Shortly after, two diligent colleagues returned to search for the missing purse but were unable to find it. They questioned all of us regarding its whereabouts, and at the time, I was unaware of the situation. It was only later, when the employee confessed to me privately, after the customer had departed, that I became aware of their involvement in the theft of several hundred dollars from the purse. The following day, I promptly reported the incident to the General Manager, who unfortunately kept it quiet as well.To my disappointment, despite bringing this matter to the attention of both the GM and the owner before my departure, there has been no visible action taken against the responsible employee. This apparent tolerance for a known thief working within the establishment is concerning. Therefore, I urge caution to others and advise against leaving personal belongings unattended, as they may be at risk of being taken.Furthermore, the management at this establishment leaves much to be desired. Both the owner and certain managers demonstrate a lack of concern for the customers' welfare. Instances of issues arising are often met with attempts to cover them up and feigned ignorance. Additionally, I was informed by a manager that they tend to allocate more demanding tasks to lower-paid employees while assigning fewer responsibilities to higher-paid ones. This job has proven to be a dead-end, offering limited opportunities for career advancement. Sadly, myself and other dedicated coworkers have felt undervalued and reduced to mere numbers in the eyes of management.It is essential to address these concerns professionally, emphasizing constructive observations and providing evidence where possible. By doing so, it allows for a fair evaluation of the situation and encourages meaningful dialogue for improvement. Remember that not every workplace will have the same issues, and it is worth seeking out organizations that prioritize employee satisfaction and growth potential.Big J
