As for as BKs go, this one is fine. (Compared to local Chik-fil-A, it falls behind a little bit on food quality, service efficiency, and atmosphere.) The play area is what draws us (4 & 6yo kids) mostly along with coupons for chicken nuggets/fries. I don't know if any BK is 5/5 on all criteria, so let's go solid 4s across the board for a 12/15, very decent BK. I would recommend if you like BK👌

Burgerking says it opens at 6am. That's what it says on the website. At approximately 6:30, I put in a mobile order for this location and I got there at like 6:35. I waited 10 minutes behind someone else who ended up just leaving. I got up there and waited for them to do my order, and a lady comes on the speaker, no greeting, no apology, nothing, she exclaims rudely "we're not open?" Acting as if it was somehow my fault for them not being open at a time it says they would be. I told her I had a mobile order that went through for this location, and instead of trying to fix it or apologize, or ANYTHING, she just repeats herself in the same rude tone. I ended up just going to mcdonalds. I'm not usually one to post a review for fast food, but this situation just irked me.

Ordered 2 small orders of onion rings last night. These were so dried out and hard that it was incredible. Had to throw both away - not edible at all. I've never seen such a thing. I just don't get the thinking of serving bad food. Why not have the integrity to make sure it's right!

This place is a dump. They refused to take our order, made us use a kiosk. Took forever to get the food and the burger was cold. Floor was sticky and place was dirty. We won't be back. They should be embarrassed

Waited nearly 7 minutes for a whopper Junior with cheese. Finally got it and they gave me the wrong order. Waited 7 more minutes inside and still didn’t get my food so I left

Over 25 minutes to get my order tonight and they were not that busy. I understand they are short staffed but not a person tried to hustle. There were three people working and they kept walking out the back door...wonder why?
