Ordered 2 French toast sticks and an iced coffee. the coffee was straight vanilla creamer and was almost as white as milk so I asked the kid to pour some black coffee in it. It came back tasting like mop and glo. The French toast stick were literally so raw the sides were oozing out. Thank you for officially deciding for me that this is my last trip to any Burger King.

the level of disrespect that autymn has for guests absolutely boggles me. i had to log into my business email just to leave a second review for how awful and disgusting this “woman” (if you want to consider someone who is more childish then my literal five year old a woman anyways). sneezing in the kitchen of a food establishment ?? and then not washing your hands directly after ?? it doesn’t matter if you have allergies, are sick, or just had a tickle in your nose and sneezed, it doesn’t matter if you sneeze into your arm either, WASH YOUR HANDS IMMEDIATELY after you sneeze !!! YOU WORK WOTH FOOD, AND ON TOP OF THAT YOU SNEEZED IN A KITCHEN WHERE FOOD IS PREPPED AND MADE. to the regional and store manager if you see either of my reviews, please demote this employee from asm, because she clearly doesn’t know how to treat her team members, guests, much less arrive to work in uniform !!! again she was wearing jeans and a tshirt !! it’s just unprofessional for someone who is in an assistant store manager position.

autumn was the one to help me, and can i just say i understand that wednesdays are hectic being its whopper wednesday, however she was one of the RUDEST employees i’ve ever dealt with at this location. she also was wearing a tshirt and jeans, while everyone else was in uniform. as a manager, she needs to be demoted ASAP. what kind of example is she setting for her team by not being in uniform and also being super rude to guests. not to mention i heard her get an attitude with another employee who was off the clock helping, and autumn claims she wasn’t talking to the other employee, who again was helping while off the clock. very rude. i hope she gets fired or demoted to a regular employee and never manages a team again bc she was so beyond rude.

The absolute worst burger king experience i've ever had. The only thing they got right was the medium onion ring that I ordered. Every single other thing was incorrect. I also asked the cashier/manager if she could break one of the 20s. She gave me in change and she said she had absolutely no tens in the whole store. Do yourself a favor and go to any other burger king than this one.

Used a coupon and after looking at receipt realized we paid more than what the coupon stated. Also had a burrito with ham and they forgot the salsa...they also put bacon vs ham on the burrito. Was not worth the four minute wait for anyone to take our order and we will not be back!

I was the only car in drive-thru and only person they were serving. Ordered an 8 piece nugget. Waited 3 minutes at the window after paying to get 1 hot fresh nugget and 7 old nuggets. When I called, Kandice told me she was the manager. I asked why I waited for 1 fresh nugget and 7 old ones? She had no reply, literally speechless. She then said she could replace the order. I told her they don't need to replace the order, just do better! Everywhere you go now days, it's kids under 20 running the place with no "adult" in charge. I don't think we have an issue with people not wanting to work. Kids are working! Adults are not! Where is the supervision to make these places better and properly efficient??? Do better to begin with! Take pride in your job!

Trying not to sound like a Karen here - twice now we have placed mobile app orders, arrived at the restaurant and no one is there to give us the order. Both times - all the lights are on, open sign on, cars in lot, yet no one answers the drive thru speaker, no one at the window, doors locked. This last time 4 other cars were there trying to order and also had to leave. We went across the street to another restaurant and while waiting on our food there we could see people inside the BK...what the heck are the workers doing? Locking up to go do non-work related things? It's just ridiculous because then we have to jump through hoops to get our refund. This BK is usually a bit sketchy and having this happen a second time now has sealed the deal. We will go elsewhere from now on.
