The service is fantastic, the manager and cashier were both very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help when they didn't have to. The food ranges from pretty good to alright, the plain fries are a bit bland, the Cajun has good taste but very little kick, and the garlic and herb have way too much parmesan. Their shakes on the other hand are definitely the biggest highlight here.

Excellent food! I advised the gentleman that took my order of the fact I have an allergy to onions. He made sure to take everything off that had onions and also made sure to tell me their sauce included onion powder. The place was clean. The restrooms were very clean and an overall pleasant visit. Will be back!!

This was my first time coming to burgerFi and they were amazing. The staff was very friendly and were patient while i was ordering. They got me my food very quickly and it tasted delicious. I will be returning very soon. Update i went back today and the double bacon burger was great. My only issue is the fries were undercooked. Which isnt good since i payed 24$ for the meal

Got the bbq rodeo burger, ultimate cheese burger and the fry and cry. I won't be back. The order was 30 dollars. The fries and onion rings in the fry and. Ry were deep brown. Practically burnt, but crunchy. The two burgers lacked flavor... first and last visit in one trip.

I stopped in to get lunch for my son while we were out and about, thinking a kid’s meal wouldn’t be too pricey. We spent $9.40 for two small chicken tenders, a cup of applesauce, and a box of apple juice. I was pretty surprised at that price for such a small meal! The service was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. But we waited a long time for our food to come—close to 15 minutes. I probably won’t be visiting again any time soon.

Family night at BurgerFi!! Every one of us were absolutely amazed at how wonderful that food was! OMGosh! Incredible! We've declared family night at BurgerFi from now on! We had the double bacon cheeseburgers, spicy wagyu swag burger, with fries, onion rings, red velvet concrete, and strawberry shake. We'd recommend them ALL!

Second time we’ve visited, first time was great this time not so much. Restrooms were filthy, food not prepared as ordered and cold. Asked staff to correct issue was told they could heat it up for us.. Really? Missing topping on burger, watched cook open burger and add additional toppings, now my sandwich has been handled 3 times. $41 spent for lunch and quality was sub par at best. Kitchen guy was argumentative.
Always such great food and service here! Storm is always so pleasant and displays excellent customer service! Last time my husband and I went, the ice cream machine was needing work, but Storm and the crew handled the situation very well!

Ordered the "Banana Churro" milkshake today and it was AWESOME! The worker who made it was really nice making sure I wanted this, didn't want that etc. I didn't expect it to have 2 churros on top of the shake! The churros were insanely delicious and I wish I could've ordered them but it was too late! I would go back and try another shake since this one was good!
