TRUCK DRIVERS: This location does not allow overnight parking at their docks or in the driveway. Previous advice here suggested backing in from the street. I’m not sure I agree; a sleeper truck and 53’ trailer will experience some difficulty due to the normal 2 lane width street with high curbs on either side that will cause damage to truck and trailer. The entire industrial park is like that, so use caution. Blind side backing here may be the easier choice. I do agree that this location is not designed for sleeper tractor trailers with axle forward designs in particular. Set back axle trucks will have a slightly easier time. Day cabs struggle much less.Unloading of raw coffee beans takes 3-4 hours for some unknown reason. It must be beyond their capacity to unload the super-sacks and stage them on the floor to facilitate efficient use of driver’s time. Plan on your log book being decimated when delivering to this location. If the customer would modify the unloading procedure to streamline the removal of product from the trailer that would be appreciated.
