I wanted to try a new pizza place for my bday. My husband ordered online. He went to pick up and the pizza was cheese with a side of cheese bread. He said umm I ordered half pepperoni half sausage extra cheese. The shift lead lady said well that’s what came through on our end so you’re stuck with it. Excuse me?!?!? He said you can have it back I just want what I ordered. She said we don’t give out free pizza. You must order again online and pay for another pizza and next time maybe you shouldn’t order online. What TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! Never have a head of such bad service. I warn everyone to stay away from this joke of a business.

I just ordered a sausage roll through DoorDash and when I tell you im upset!!! Like foreal AromaPizza NO SECURITY TAPE ON THE BOX IS INSANE. To make matters. Worse i didn't tip online but in person so now I'm on a wish and a prayer that no nice juicy salty Booger under olive's? of course I call of course it was hilarious !!Didn't even say it would be something to look into NOTHING. DoorDash delivery tho!!!? Every other restaurant secure their meals when Dashed.This needs to be addressed to a more higher power. HelpEveryone Bow your head let pray ?

I really like the OG Sausage pizza but without cheese on top the sausage falls off. I also like cold pizza but this is not one to eat cold. This is becoming my favorite pizza place in Fort Wayne.

I Roma not really what I expected Fort Wayne Indiana State Street had the chance to take it back but didn't have the time dried on the edges taste was okay I don't think I'll be reordering infusinos in Racine Wisconsin is way better than this shopping weren't speeded evenlyPizza was recalled by me and A Roma is kindly remaking it.

Rude young men working. Did not ask to help me when i arrived, I had to say excuse me as they were talking. Young man did not say one word when I stated my name. He grabbed pizza and slid it to me on counter. Acted very inconvienced to do his job. Nothing special with pizza.
First time trying A'Roma pizza had a be our guest certificate. Will definitely be back !!! The best taco pizza we have had in a long time and the garlic cheese bread was delicious. Staff very pleasant!

I ordered a sausage, mushroom, onion and black olive pizza. It was the worst pizza I have had in ages. I have been ordering pizza from them for several years. I won’t be getting pizza from them again.

We were excited to try them tonight because we've heard about how great their food is and wanted to try a place we haven't. We were not impressed. The cardboard in the bottom of the pizza box was thicker than the crust. The pizza was full of grease. The cheezus crust was also thin, little cheese, mostly crust and undercooked. The taco pizza comes with the toppings on the side (which is nice) but you get a 50 cent bag of doritos that dont even cover half the pizza. Don't know if we just got a bad batch tonight or what but unfortunately this will probably be our first and last time ordering considering the prices are pretty steep to.
