Ordered 2 full entres to go. Was charged for 2 full entres. We opened the packages immediately when we got home just 2 miles away. The mostaccoili was baked fresh and hot. The other was lasagna that was cold, about 1/4 the size it should have been. It resembled a small piece of lasagna that could have been scraped off a former customer’s left over plate, randomly tossed in a metal container and sold as a full fresh entre. NOT!!! If this is what we can expect from your restaurant we will be taking our business elsewhere.

The restaurant admitted that they gave our food to another customer and then refused to refund us. Never going there again!!

The olive oil is cut with some other oil.
The Parmesan was odd, texture of a cheddar or something, tasted almost like Parm but not quite.
Salad was drenched in dressing and had way too much cheese, croutons were little nuggets of grease
Calamari was good but dripping with the oil it was fried in, there was a puddle on my plate.

The flavors were mostly good.
If y'all didn't cut your oil, put out real Parm, cut back on the dressing and cheese in the salad, and held WAY back on the level of grease in things, it would honestly be pretty good.

My husband got an Italian sub. Said it had good amt of meat but the "sauce" was horrible, even left a bad taste in his mouth and queeziness in his stomache. Casa salad was fresh, had my dressing on the side so it wasn't soggy. Bread was almost tasteless. Olive oil drab, even with parmesan added. My father-in-law's spagetti was too eldante and he couldn't chew it! I tried a new to me dish, pan sautéed white fish with artichoke hearts, Roma tomatoes, and white wine sauce, all things I love....it was horrible!!! 1st there was some "breading" which was sticky and slimy. Not what saute means to me. So bad I picked it off (scraped) the fish. 2nd Fish itself was chewy (rubbery) on the edges and barely done in the middle. 3rd the wine sauce was tan color and so overly salty it was not edible!! At all!! I told the waitress and, in her favor, she offered to have it remade or to get something else. I declined as there wasn't time for a new entree, plus I was afraid it would be equally awful. She did not offer a manager visit or compensation of any kind, even though there was a mound of tan sludge left on my plate. The side shells with white sauce and mushrooms was decent, at least. Atmosphere is ok, dim and noisy, but ok. We will never go back.

I ordered dinner last night from this location, the food was great! We had some friends over and ordered a BBQ chicken & Gouda pizza, margarita pizza, chicken parm with a white side & fettuccine alfredo, classic lasagna & and a large salad. Everything tasted fresh but we realized later that we did not get our salad. I failed to call in about the missing item at the time, but stopped in the following day and the manager Tony was very helpful and got us taken care of. Great service, clean restaurant, and of course great food.

First trip in for lunch the Alfredo was thick like it was old and my chicken was charred on the edges. Server wasn't bad, but didn't check in on our table much. Atmosphere does give off a nice upscale itialian eatery.
Second trip for lunch was a couple weeks later and you could definitely tell it was a different cook. Chicken was cooked much better and Alfredo was and nice consistency where it would coat my spoon, but still slowly run off it.

I am gluten-free due to celiac disease and they took it very seriously. I was not ill at all and had an enjoyable dinner with my husband. We even ran into some family and we live far away. This is always our special go to place.
