I had the Penne Con Salsiccia E Pepperoni I had this made extra spicy with grilled chicken and shrimp. Our waitress was really quick and polite. The atmosphere was nice.

I went for a late celebration of valentine's day. My pasta I got I don't remember the name but it consisted of mushrooms and broccoli and a nice creamy chesse sause. I was in love with the pasta. I went back a week later to get it for lunch.

First rating. Previous experiences would have received 4-5. Ordered luncheon special of spinach lasagna. Portion received barely filled half the container. Previously filled 3/4 then 2/3 of container. Don’t know if they had run out or this is inflation response in addition to already initiated price hike. Would have been less obvious if container were downsized. Thought perhaps I received a slice of Texas sheet cake disguised as spinach lasagna.

I am a bariatric patient and requested a kids menu to order from due to my dietary restriction. I was dented that right to order from this menu they are far from being accommodating when someone has dietary restrictions. They are more about making you pay for a meal you will never be able to even finish half of it was a waste of time and the food lacks flavor . I will never be returning here and will not recommend them to any one of my fellow bariatric friends on our Facebook page. This is the 1st restaurant in over a year that I ahve had this problem with

Not impressed. Used to be very good food - not so much anymore. Have tried several times in recent months only to be disappointed - i.e., fettuccine Alfredo-thickened w/flour rather than traditional cheese; bruschetta-bland tasting with toppings on the side; bread-tasteless not crusty as real Italian bread should be. I could cite other menu items that just aren't up to par but I'll stop here. Just won't be returning to this location.

I was immediately greeted warmly and given a great booth. My server Michael was incredibly attentive and not only well versed on the menu but when I asked his opinion he helped me order a pizza I loved! I had to order it w/o some of the items and it was not a problem at all. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, I loved the murmur of laughter and banter by the regulars Great food great service great place to go!

Great bartender & atmosphere! Food is always delicious. I ordered the Linguine Tutto Mare, in marinara sauce. Which is a seafood pasta dish with clams, mussels and shrimp.
I called Casa Grille to make a reservation for about 40 people. I was told that they had a room to accommodate us. A few days later, I told them that we had over 50 people on our list now. They told me that we would be packed in, but they would do whatever was needed to get us in and serve us. I told them not to try to serve everyone at one time but to bring out the meals when ready so everyone got a fresh and hot meal. Ten minutes before we were expected to arrive, I called them again to tell them the final count. He said they had us said up for 55 people, and I told him that we were bringing in 64 and that we would be arriving in 10 minutes. He informed me that one table would have to be separated from our group, and I told him that would be fine. I walked in, and the tables were all set and ready for us to sit down. We were extremely happy with the service and the food, especially considering the stress that we put on the staff, including the kitchen.I would never recommend bringing in a group that large to any restaurant, but Casa Grille on Stellhorn rose to the challenge and performance very well.The service was excellent!
