It wasn't very busy but I was glad since it can be hard to hear in the big room where we were sitting. I had the eggplant Parm. So good!!!! Between that and the side salad, it was a very satisfying meal and diabetic friendly meal. Service was great too.

Had the linguini tututta de mare, phenomenal! Casaburo salad is a must try and do try the turtle cheesecake! Out of this world. 10/10.

The quality of food here is always great. The wife and I split a dinner portion and the waitress made sure the portion split was made coming from the kitchen. The Casburo(sp) salad seems to be getting more expensive and smaller in portion size.

The spaghetti bolognese was truly delicious. Our server was very attentive without being a bother. Our drinks were spot on as well!

Probably one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had here haven't been since I was young. Breadsticks are half ass decent. Three sauces they give you with them are very bland except the marinara.... the cheese is literally just nacho cheese u buy in the Bulk cans at Walgreens or Walmart.... Prices are insanely unreasonable especially with the content of the food they put out. I got a pork tenderloin it was dry as could be no mayo no onions nothing that the recipe said on the menu(cost me 15 bucks? bro my home town fair makes better tenderloins than this 4star restaurant.."that's a problem".. my girlfriend got stuffed shells with white sauce they weren't cooked correctly little tough... And to top it all off my waitress looked at us three times tops. I literally had to go back in the kitchen and ask for marinara sauce because I sat there with a dry sandwich for about 10 minutes and then before we left it took 30 minutes for us to get boxes and our bill (it was completely dead and there was about 10 people in the whole restaurant)we timed it, and the waitress literally has 3 tables, she was so bad that when she came to check on us, she completely walked past the table wirh no silverware and they had to yell at her foe spoons ..... I'm no five star VIP guest I grew up in a trailer but when I tell you, ... I've had better service and better service from a steak 'n shake with half the price I'm not lying... I don't mean to be a burden and that really hurts me to even say this but for what money people are paying you need to have a good service team in and out quick there's no reason I shouldn't get one refill or have to walk back to the kitchen to get a cup of marinara sauce.. I'm sorry for the lady that we didn't tip but if that's your best at service you need to find a new job... Completely untrained staff. We will never come back . Waste of 50 bucks and no we didn't tip. Kiss my grits.. go to curusoso in Angola if u want half authentic Italian food.. at least they have real huge homade breadsticks and pasta sauces.. this place is literally just a Olive garden type franchise with no authentication. MY FRIENDS GRANDPARENTS OWN IT AND IT THE BEST

We used to live in Fort Wayne 25 years ago and Casa was aways our favorite. Came back to visit friends and I needed a Casa fix. Salad is as good as it was years ago and I was worried my old standby capellini con salsa de pomodoro was gone. Nope! Just renamed and still the best ever. Our server, Cody, was knowledgeable and friendly, he knew so much h about the restaurant brand and even asked the chef a question for us. We really enjoyed our visit and I may have to grab another salad to take back home on the plane as we head out of town. Thanks Cody for making it a great meal!

We got 4 pizzas and a house salad. None of the pizzas looked right the toppings were not evenly distributed on any pizza with more than 1 toppings. My pizza slices were twice as big as my wife's pizza. The salad was good I would not get pizza again for carryout at least. I haven't had many issues at this location in the past just bad experience with the pizza.

The food at Casa Grille is good, but I also try and get a bench in the bar, so I can have a little more space between me and other folks or families with small kids. I will say that with their currently prices, I no longer see them as the type of place I'd go to a couple times a month, but instead on on a special occasion.
