I ordered 2 half pans of their salad for a family event. The first pan we served was fine; however the 2nd pan was full of old brown lettuce. We had to remove about 1/3 of the lettuce and toss it. I won’t make the mistake of ordering that again, I will just make my own with fresh ingredients. Regarding staff- the young woman who took my order did not know how to ring it up as it was an advance order, which they ask you to do, so she wrote my charge card info on a slip of paper. However, when my family member picked up the order she made him pay with hysteria card and did not use my info. Makes me want to ask management why they would have their staff ask for info and write it down and not use it-seems like a customer service training opportunity.

I am a longtime resident of Fort Wayne and have been going to Casa’s restaurants for the entire time. This causes does an amazing job of consistency. The food is always good the service since Covid has been kind of hit and miss but they always seem to try hard and they usually pull off real well.my wife and I like to eat in the booths in the bar. Nice atmosphere. This is one of my wife and I standby and we have very few left!

I use a portable oxygen unit and need a wall plug in. The staff were very accommodating for me. The food is always excellent. One of our group of ladies (5 of us) favorite restaurants.

I've lived in Indiana for 22 years, and this is the best Italian food I've had. Delicious. Reasonable prices. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Would drive out of my way to eat here again.
