I've walked past the restaurant a bunch but never dined there until the other day. It was our anniversary so we figured we would try it out (Usually Nawa, Tolon, Black Canyon, or Hideout 125). Weren't greeted for a bit, wine glass was dirty so had to get a new one, table bread was mediocre, wine ordered was the wrong year from what was listed, steak came out well done when ordered medium-rare, however; they did make a second one. THE FRIED LOBSTER (OMG, Nooooooo....), and the dessert menu was underwhelming. We accidentally got charged for the remake of the steak and had to have the bill fixed after the card was ran (They fixed their wrong). We left disappointed and blah...
Note: There is a risk in trying a new restaurant but at $200+ we won't be taking this risk again.
Pros: SW Fort Wayne location, accordion patio doors to create that indoor/outdoor feel, tons of parking, wine selection (they stock a nice selection of red zinfandel, which is usually hard to find), the interior design and the addition of pillows to some of the seats created a nice cozy feel (like Baker Street used to feel), from our experience the food is hit or miss but we've had worse.
Additional Cons: In a strip mall, both the male and female bathrooms are single occupancy (inconvenient during busy times).

The waitress was nice but a time or 2 we wondered when we would see her again and the atmosphere was nice and me and my wife thought the filet mignon was done well, but the ribeye was extremely burnt on the outside to the point We both thought outside was too crispy with burnt taste. The homemade steak sauce is very good and the french fries are pretty good except for the price they should use beef tallow and not canola I feel. Overrall it was decent and we might go back someday but there are better places to eat in Fort Wayne.
Our first time dining and we will definitely be back! Fabulous!
Nice place - ordered the Salmon and it was a dry but rest was good
Greeted with a smile & immediately led to seats quickly followed by server. The cocktails are creative and the wine list extensive. Offerings are consistent in creativity, flavor and preparation. Sitting at the bar alone, is fun as the round bar makes making new friends easy. We will be back and have already recommended to friends. If you are hard of hearing, you may prefer to sit in the atrium or patio. Enjoy! Sorry I squished the Alabama burger before photo.
Had a wonderful time here. My steak was amazing with a perfectly paired Chipotle Aioli. Great drinks, service and ambiance as well.

The restaurant its self is very cute, great attention to detail. We were not overly impressed with the service or food though.
This place is amazing! I wish I would’ve know about it sooner. I can’t wait to go back!
Had an amazing experience at Catablu Grille! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal.
Our server, Kayla, was outstanding & went above and beyond! She made our experience even better with her friendly attitude and helpful recommendations on the menu. Her service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Beverages: Pomegranate, Classic Daiquiri, Blue Buffalo, Old Fashioned
Blue Buffalo was better then the Old Fashion but the Old Fashion was stronger.
Pomegranate was better the Classic Daiquiri.
Starters: Bread, Soup- Lobster Bisque, Main Lobster Tail Bites
Entrées: Filet Mignon, Pan Seared Faroe Island Salmon
We had a great valentines dinner! Love the food and drinks here and the atmosphere is always fun
The filet mignon was delicious, I've paid twice as much at other restaurants for filet that wasn't as good
