We sat in the bar area. We were seated immediately. Chips and salsa landed on the table almost as we sat down. Our drink order was taken and returned promptly. Our food arrived hot and looking very tasty while we were still on our 1st basket of chips and another basket was brought right after the food was put down. Our waitress was fast and efficient. Our drinks were refilled promptly. Overall, we had a very pleasant time at Cebolla's and couldn't ask for a better dining experience. Keep up the good work!

It was really bad that I wanted to place an order, neither the host nor the manager could place my order for my family. I think they should train their hosts and more than anything that the manager pays attention to their staff so that they don't have to go searching in the office for the host's response or I can't make the order, let me go get the manager. That's bad in the office

Servers have absolutely no knowledge on alcoholic beverages and you will get no where with them. They aren’t even sure what kind of rum they use in daiquiris and pina coladas. If you ask for a double, a different kind of liquor, etc, expect them to not listen to your request. I’ve stopped trying to come here for marg nights and other stuff because it’s always a let down. Chips are always old/stale.

we ordered nachos and a quesadilla , an hour later still no food. When I called back to inform the manager about our experience, he didn't care and told me I was not the only one with a bad experience but I was the only one that left. That is a total lack of care . DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION .

Hey, tonight our daughters got water, the water burned their tongue and throat. I reported to waitress; she did not care! Please check the water pitchers before you pour drinks....this probably had cleaning products in it!!!! Thursday 4.4.2024
