We sat in the bar area. We were seated immediately. Chips and salsa landed on the table almost as we sat down. Our drink order was taken and returned promptly. Our food arrived hot and looking very tasty while we were still on our 1st basket of chips and another basket was brought right after the food was put down. Our waitress was fast and efficient. Our drinks were refilled promptly. Overall, we had a very pleasant time at Cebolla's and couldn't ask for a better...
Servers have absolutely no knowledge on alcoholic beverages and you will get no where with them. They aren’t even sure what kind of rum they use in daiquiris and pina coladas. If you ask for a double, a different kind of liquor, etc, expect them to not listen to your request. I’ve stopped trying to come here for marg nights and other stuff because it’s always a let down. Chips are always old/stale.
