Thought the sub was good, it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures do, when you order a sub, you shouldn't be able to eat the whole thing, you should always be able to save the other half for later. Not impressed

You barely get any meat with the regular sandwich unless u order extra. Even with the lunch special it's overpriced

It's in a mall. The food was hot and pretty good. I got a regular cheesesteak and was probably the hottest food I've had in a while. Service was quick. Overall recommended for quick bite.

The cashier was rude from the start, they got my order handed out to the wrong person and were mad when they had to remake it, food was basically thrown together, lettuce and half the meat was not even on the sub.

As a food connoisseur i try all kinds of places an the one place that i always come back to any time im in fort wayne indiana is charlies philly cheesesteaks they have the utmost amazing philly i highly recommend them they are located inside the mall at the food court an if you want a mouth watering sandwich you come here

A mexican cook short with black hair gave me the wrong toppings on my sandwich and when i went to back to make him remake it he said no. took forever with no line, food was horrible and gave me food poisoning

Food wasn't ready when they told me it would be. I was very disappointed with the Cajun fries and the Philly cheesesteak!! Had Charley's in Chicago and everything was excellent. Ft.Wayne needs to step up it's game
