We went here for my birthday lunch. The food came to our table ice cold. No refills offered. We asked for more chips for the queso, never received them. It certainly wasn't worth the 30.00 we spent. I had a coupon for a free dessert but then was told I couldn't use it. Honestly for the horrendous service we received it would have been the least they could have done. So utterly disgusted.

Nevaeh was a great server!But the food was lacking in a few ways. Everybody's (8 of us) food was cold. The baked potatoes were old AND cold (so bad it wouldn'tmelt the butter).

My salmon was way overcooked (had a dry chicken texture). I asked for lightly steamed broccoli and it was so soft, you didn't need teeth to eat it.

Their new lemonade is horribly weak!
The manager was nice to listen to our complaints, discounted our food and replaced entrees and other side items, as requested. She gave us fresh baked potatoes which were perfect.

They need a new kitchen manager because there is no way our food should have been cold.

We had a wonderful time at Cheddar's tonight. Our server Teana was so nice and attentive as were the other employees we spoke to. The prices were very reasonable and our food was delicious. I wanted to post a review because lately we've been to some restaurants in Fort Wayne where the experience has not been the best. So we will be coming here more often in the future instead of going to places that don't seem to care if you ever come back.

Always a good choice. Food is great. Prices are great. Serving sizes are hit and miss. Sometimes they are skimpy, sometimes they are big. Regardless, food is always on point. GET ON DOORDASH, PLEASE!

I visited Fort Wayne and tried many diff places far as food . This was the best one out of all of them I have tried . Everything I ordered was too tier . Salmon chicken tenders, the ribs , the cheesecake the chicken and shrimp Alfredo. And more all was phenomenal and so the service.

Avoid this place waitress gave my wife wrong food my wife touched it she took it to another table and served it . Yuck 🤢
