I recently had my gallbladder removed and cannot take a lot of fat or butter. I have eaten at this Cheddar's before. I informed the waitress that I wanted the salmon without being cooked with oil or butter. She talked to her manager. He personally came out and tried to comfort me with my dietary need. He cooked my food personally and made sure that there was no butter or oil on my salmon. Their salmon here is amazing. They are very courteous and want to assure that your food...
Everything was wonderful from arrival until departure. Hostess and server was great. I don't remember my server's name ( wears glasses and was super attentive)....he was just awesome!!!
