I have to eat gluten free due to an allergy was given a frozen bun. Their suggestion was a free sandwich (frozen bun excluded I hope) and wait for bun to thaw while my grilled chicken gets cold.

Are they busy yes but they are absolutely phenomenal there they try and make sure everyone leaves happy even though they are probably stressed to hell being the busiest place to eat from in the mall
I ordered a spicy southwest salad and it was literally awful more than half of the salad was rotten. I didn’t realize until I got home but either way that should never be a problem if they are being checked.Y’all need to check the salads before selling them.

What is going on with chick fil A and their waffle fries, not only did I get a barely half full waffle fry, but most of them were burnt or rock hard. And the person that bagged my fries had the biggest attitude in the world like she couldn't be bothered with helping us mere peasants. Lol, this location is horrible. Go to the one across the street.
