Shitty at this place. Yesterday I went In ordered a grilled chicken bacon club. Took them a while to make it. When I go get it. They said someone else took my food. Had to wait longer to remake it. Asked the manager for a refund instead. An employee tells me the food gonna be done in 1min 40 seconds. I end up waiting 5 more minutes.then they forgot the sauces I asked for. Had to go back n get that. I was so upset I didn’t eat the food. Decided to eat it later. When I finally open the box to microwave it they didn’t even make it how I asked. I wanted white bun n got multigrain.terrible experience

We ordered our food online and we waited 20 plus minutes before they even called us over to tell us it would be another half hour for Mac and cheese when we ordered meals. they didn't try to give us anything for a inconvenience or anything. They were really really rude and they really didn't care. We are really disappointed and upset with this.

We went to Glenbrook mall and got Chick-fil-A. There were 3 people in the line, already ordered, we were 3rd. It took 11 minutes to get our food. There were no less than 5 people working. Wonder what you're paying them to do?
This was my first time at a Chick-fil-A. I ordered a chicken sandwich, small fries, and some sauce. Honestly, I found the chicken pretty greasy and the crust lacked flavor—it just didn’t do it for me. I have no real desire to return, though I’ll admit this could be more of a personal preference rather than the food being objectively bad.
One thing I did like was the ordering setup with staff coming right to the window—nice touch for speed and service.
My star ranking system: 1: Bad / Don't go there 2: Could be better 3: Average 4: Above average but not the best 5: A true top notch place
