We went to Glenbrook mall and got Chick-fil-A. There were 3 people in the line, already ordered, we were 3rd. It took 11 minutes to get our food. There were no less than 5 people working. Wonder what you're paying them to do?

Food was ok , it’s pricy. They could use help in customer service department. If they forget something in your order, you cannot get them to help you up at the counter they don’t recognize you. You have to stand there forever and then interrupt if you want to be helped . Don’t like that at all.

Are they busy yes but they are absolutely phenomenal there they try and make sure everyone leaves happy even though they are probably stressed to hell being the busiest place to eat from in the mall
