Kid-friendliness: I only come here to feed my girls (4 and 6yo), and it is suitable for kids of that age range (3-12) certainly, and I'm sure older ones too

The best Chick-fil-A I've ever had is quite far from where I live, but I'm still willing to drive 30 minutes just to visit this location. The food quality is consistently excellent, and the staff is outstanding. It's a truly perfect store!!!!

We placed a drive thru order and my daughter found a hair in her sandwich. It’s the first thing this happened. Our family loves Chick-fil-A food, but this is unacceptable, and I hope you correct this situation so this doesn’t happen again.

We don't have a Chick-fil-A in our area so I try to make a point of going to one whenever we're someplace else that has one. The food is always good, and even though they were very busy the food came quickly. As for atmosphere, when you have a children's play area you always have a lot of very loud little kids so I wouldn't say that there was much for atmosphere! LOL

Unfortunately this location is very slow compared to the one off Coliseum. The traffic is less congested and I’ve been there around 5 PM and you are waiting in line a long time. My person wasn’t really sure how to take my order. But as all locations, everyone is very nice. They just need to pick up the pace.

Pretty much like every other Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. Food was its usual best, though prices here seem a but more than in Ohio. Service was typical for any other Chick-fil-A. I gave Atmosphere one less star because it was more crowded in the drive-thru than inside, but it may have been due to its location or harder to get to from a well travelled street.
