Really disappointing to sit in the drive thru for 15 mins and not have the line move while the other line is zipping through especially when there’s 2 workers just standing by the door. Then when they decided to come help they go to the car behind me first. By the time someone came to me I’d decided to go spend my money somewhere else. Great service.

I just want to give Randy a shout out! Every-time we go, he always makes sure to ask us for refills or if we need anything. He is so attentive and always ready to help. Chick fil a is luck to have him!
Passing through from West Lafayette on my way home to Michigan, I stopped at this Chick-fil-A and was glad I did! It’s easy to get to, though being inside a larger outlet mall complex made the parking and entrance a bit tricky for a first-timer. Once inside, though, the experience was wonderful, great service all around, and the gentleman cleaning tables was so friendly and welcoming. He’s a fantastic example of what great customer service looks like. Thanks for brightening my day!
Great service! Food was hot and fresh. Sweet tea was perfect. Waffle fries were excellent. Drive thru moved pretty quickly. Would definitely come back.

I wanted a chick fil a sandwich but it was breakfast. The cashier switched things around so I could get it before it was lunch time. Food came out hot and fast. Whenever I come to Fort Wayne I make it a point to stop at a Chick fil A.

I went to pick up our bridal parties order on Saturday I just would like to say thank you so much everyone had individual meals. They had names and messages written all over their meals. Everything was correct. I didn’t have to wait very long. If you’re thinking about getting Chick-fil-A on your wedding day, I would definitely recommend this place
