Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for the kids. It’s not big but it is in closed with glass walls so you can sit in the somewhat quiet dinning area while the kids can be loud in the play area.

There was no place to sit in dinning area we were had to take our food to the car.
Parking: The kid play area was empty while there was no place to sit could probably do away with play area for more seating.
Person taking order did not get our order correct. Ordered meals & extra fries. Only got sandwiches instead of meals, & separate order for fries. For $28 not good.

How was Chick-fil-A is a silly question.....it's always amazing, fast, fresh, friendly, and delicious! Now if it was a little closer to Dupont, I'd find a way to give 6 stars!
Today around 5 or so I’ve got my chicken stripes 4*4 with the waffle fries and 2 chick-A-file sauce Just as I love in general whenever I come here for my food . but .. after looking inside my bag there was a note dripped in my bag by Adorable “Jocylen”! Really cheered me up! so cute colored with kindness after a long day working ! So Thankful to you sweetie! And ppl Just like you Jocylen with such positivity are the sunshine not me ! Thank you A bunch for your Kind words and this lovely surprise in there ! Seriously sweet and cute to do that what a lovely team member. 🌺🫠🫶🏻

I usually always have a good experience and good quality food when I go here. My past visit was disappointing, though. I placed my order online for pickup in the drive-thru. They confirmed my online order and asked if I wanted to make any changes, I said no, they said I was all set. I wait my turn, get to the window where I'm then informed they don't have any romaine lettuce for the salad I ordered and said I was going to get a refund. No offer of switching my meal at any time was given. They asked for my card to give me my refund, and it wasn't even the correct amount I had been charged to begin with. I was given my card back and the other meals that were ordered and sent on my way. It was unlike any other time I've ordered online, and they were out of something. I was upset bc I had been wanting one of their cobb salads all day. My family was fed, but I needed to go get dinner elsewhere. It was frustrating.
Stopped in the drive thru and they had the line moving and order ready super fast! Always top notch service at Chick-fil-A!

Unfortunately I couldn’t eat my sandwich - :/ I asked no bun on my grilled chicken sandwich and I bought a gluten free bun - came with a bun on it … so I couldn’t eat it! (also asked for mayo for my sandwich) second time - I have drove away from this location this month and didn’t get all my items right … I will be eatting on other side of town - haven’t had issues south side town.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line before I got to order, they were super busy, cars along the road side waiting to get into the parking lot! I went through the drive thru this ice stormy afternoon. Ridiculous. 3 female associates were taking each cars order as they pulled up, seemed to have gone smoothly. Each one of them FREEZING, no gloves or hats on! I Ordered a deluxe fried chicken sandwich NO CHEESE, large waffle fry & large root beer NO ICE. Waited a bit to get into the zig zag of a line. I finally made it up to the window, paid for my food. THEY PUT CHEESE ON MY SANDWICH. The sandwich was plain besides the cheese. Was given a small waffle fry and a small drink. Messed up my entire order. Advice: open sandwich to check before you leave the window. I could NOT eat the sandwich because of the cheese.
