This is my favorite chick fil a in fort wayne. The food is always fresh and hot and it’s so good. They are more kind and welcoming at this one as well. Online ordering always goes smoothly and quick. and i love chick fil a ice:)

I came to chick fil a 30 mins after I ordered online, then I got there and had to wait another 30 mins because people that ordered after us were all being served. I was very disappointed with the customer service and I have never faced this at any other Chick Fil A.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order on 10/7/25. When there were only like 20 people in the restaurant. Then I got my order and my sandwich was wrong. No one tried to make it right or help us. Was just ignored. This has happened to me multiple times since this location has opened. Save your time and drive over to Coliseum because at least they have their act together.

Evening and morning, love breakfast options and love the chicken bacon sandwich not crazy about waffle fries, but I am a tater tot kinda guy.

They have them for the breakfast menu. So I go there in the a.m.
Plus the minis, it all good for me.

Quality of food is like other Chick-fil-A’s and everything is fine. I’ve done the drive-through at least six times in the last couple months. My last two visits were subpar for the quality standard Chick-fil-A has set nationwide. If I order an unsweet tea and you give me a sweet tea and I have to drive a mile to come back and get the right beverage, the correct attitude is to either give me a larger drink or a coupon for a free sandwich. Your mistake cost me time. If you want to earn people’s business, just take a small measure to apologize in order to win our loyalty. This is a simple procedure for a restaurant of this caliber.

I don’t know if it’s the sandwich I choose to order but I’ve had more issues at this location than any that I have been too. At one time I waited 10+ mins for 1 singular sandwich but this is normal is always about 5+ mins waiting but this time you actually got my sandwich wrong. I spend $5 on this sandwich because it’s my favorite but I’m done at this location. I ordered a chicken egg and cheese muffin but I got a biscuit and also no egg was put on the sandwich. So I waited and then the sandwich was wrong, really frustrating. I couldn’t go back because I was on my way to work.

Have eaten chick-fil-a since mid80s/S Bend IN area mall. Greatest ff place ever. About a year ago noticed negative change of taste in food. Thought I just got a bad bunch. Within same time frame got wrong item on order and same not so good taste. More recently taste became even worse, 3x, so have decided to examine new options. 40 years of great taste/service gone in a flash. Chic-gil-a children/grandchildren of founders, you can do better!

Customer service here is unmatched. My family and I ordered breakfast this morning through their mobile app. When we arrived we were told that one of our items was going to take 12 minutes before it would be ready. Unfortunately, we did not have that time to wait as my two month old was screaming in the back seat and my toddler was yelling that she was hungry. I opted for a refund And decided we would just return home. Your team instead got all of our food ready aside from the one item that would take too long to have prepared and provided us with gift cards to make up for the situation/the item that we could not get. I feel like the gift cards went above and beyond what we would’ve expected. It is evident that this location and company will do anything they can to make sure the customer is happy. As always, the food was wonderful. We will be returning.Thank you
