Chicken Salad Chick

I was visiting Fort Wayne and was introduced to this nice restaurant. We were greeted by a wonderful lady. She was very patient as we were trying to figure the menu out. I got Jalapeño Holly with the broccoli salad. The chicken salad with jalapeños on the croissant was really good. However, the broccoli salad was absolutely amazing. I could eat that salad everyday. Very tasty!!!!

Meh. I was looking forward to trying this place and was slightly disappointed. To be fair, it was only about $15 for a sandwich, small cup of Mac and cheese, and a drink, so you probably won't find better for cheaper. The chicken salad was pretty good; the croissant wasn't great quality. The mac and cheese was nasty; mushy asmushy gets. A cheap box with powdered cheese would be better. The decor is friendly and cute. The menu has a nice, easy to read font but is a little too reflective and shiny. The service was fine; I got a slight disgruntled, I couldn't care less vibe from all the workers, but they're probably only making $15 an hour. Honestly, if I wasn't getting paid enough to live on I would have difficult time caring too. I might try it once more, but personally I don't eat out often, so I'll pay a little more for better quality.

They do not accept $50 or $100 bills and isn’t posted anywhere stating that! They apparently can’t make change? So if you decide to unfortunately eat here bring a card!

I've been wanting to Dine here since it opened but I live in Ohio and don't make it here a lot. But was doing some shopping in Fort Wayne and figured why not?
I ordered the Fancy Nancy with macaroni and cheese and a sweet tea. Rainee was very helpful guiding me through the menu and answering any questions. I placed my order and went to get a sweet tea....no sweet tea...only unsweetened. Okay no big deal, I just got strawberry lemonade instead and sat near a window. I received my meal pretty quickly and it looked delicious! Tried the macaroni and cheese first....hmm kinda bland. Tried my sandwich...same. The food was good, just was expecting more I guess. Something that really stood out...Something that would make me say " this is really good! I'll have to tell my friends!". But sadly this was not the case. It's good, just nothing to write home about.

Loved the flare of comfort and style, choice of taste is always there. Very pleasant to be able to eat healthy foods with good prices… a warm cup of tomato soup with a fruity

Ordered boxed lunches for a business lunch and very surprised that the sandwiches were just placed in the box without being individually wrapped. This is unusual making it difficult to put your sandwich down between bites. The food was good but I will not use this business for boxed lunches again.

First impressions are everything, and unfortunately, this restaurant fell short. While the food itself was tasty, with flavors that we enjoyed, the portion sizes were on the smaller side—our sandwich, for example, included just a single, two-inch tomato slice.

As first-time visitors, we made it clear we were unfamiliar with the menu and took our time ordering. However, the staff’s response was less than welcoming. Instead of offering guidance, they were visibly annoyed by our questions, making us feel like a burden. The rushed service left us feeling uncomfortable and unsure if we made the best choices.

Though the food was good, the lack of hospitality and poor customer service are enough reasons for us not to return, and we would hesitate to recommend this place to others.

I absolutely love this place but the past few orders I've ordered gets canceled by store for no reason when store is open and ordering is available. Each time it has been my lunch so therefore I was stuck with no lunch those times. Don't know why you guys do that but if ordering is unavailable then it should not be an option to order. Also let it be known way sooner. Because I pre-ordered all for it to be canceled by store right before it should be delivered.

Beau was great & food was good. However, when we left 2 trash container said “go to the next one”. When my husband ask where the was, they pointed to go to the third trash all the way across the room! I'm not happy, the young employee were talking & one was scrolling on her phone. They should be better trained to empty the large trash container or help us with the trash! Phones should not be permitted on the job.

Usually have good experiences with Chicken Salad Chick, however this location was unsatisfactory. The worker at the counter did not seem happy to be working there, did not ask if I wanted my bread toasted and did not ask my mother what kind of bread she wanted, so our food came out in a random fashion. We asked for fountain drink cups expecting to have pink lemonade but it was on the drink counter in a Tupperware container. When we asked if it was possible if we could have some, she seemed annoyed, filled out drinks then left the lemonade sitting near the trash in the container, when the pitcher was right next to it. The floors were extremely dirty and there was trash everywhere. This is my first bad experience with the business, seems to be an employee issue.

While enjoying my lunch I needed to have an impromptu virtual meeting. Unfortunately, my laptop battery was giving up in the middle of my meeting and I found myself standing next to the trash looking ridiculous. One of the extremely kind staff members brought me an extension cord and offered to help. Great food, extremely kind people, and a pleasant atmosphere. I am extremely grateful. Thank you for going above and beyond!
