This was the most obnoxious dining experience I've had.There were no more than 6 groups in the whole place, hostess seated us at a dirty table, had to stand there and wait for the waitress to brush it off dry...Took our order, came back in twenty minutes, we don't have that... But without menus.Took new order, 40 minutes goes by, waitress sits at our table like, excuse me, I'm just acting like I'm working, I need a break...20 more minutes, food shows, order is wrong, missing food...Clownshoes.

It started out just fine. We ordered the patron margaritas and 2 drinks. Then we had the chips and queso and soup and salad. They got my salad incorrect twice. The food was extremely bland. The salsa tasted like they just blended up the tomatoes and tossed them in the bowl. I let the server know that my margarita glass was chipped and was extremely nice about it and it was as though she did not care that I was served a broken glass. She also passed us multiple times when we made it very obvious that we were done. Would not recommend going.

We had the nicest dinner. We enjoy Chilis. We are from Texas and their salsa is a nice reminder of home. We had the nicest Server her name was Goldie and she was AWESOME!!! Really made the dinner even that much better!!! We are grateful to have met Goldie!!!

Its been awhile since I've been, and ALWAYS left disappointed. Decided to try again with a friend and same experience. Waitress was nice. Burgers undercooked they took them back and made new ones that were worse then the 1st ones. My friend took two bites of their food and literally got up and went to restroom to throw up. Drinks were good... you could tell we were not at all satisfied. We also didn't ask or stress for any kind of discount. Paid and left. Highly disappointed. Tab was over $60 and that wasn't a problem but food wasn't up to par AT ALL.
We had a large group, I believe 15 total. The service was good. The food was delicious. I hadn't been to Chili's for years. I couldn't tell you why but I will be going back soon.
It was busy and we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated in the bar area. Our waitress was quick and attentive. Food was great as always and the 3 For Me deal can't be beat.

I love the southwest salad and eggrolls, which is why I keep coming back. Lately, the service is lacking and when I start looking around everything is filthy. Pretty grubby looking..makes me wonder how the kitchen looks if the dining room area is what they allow their customers to see. My waitress was not attentive and half of my food came out cold when it finally came out.. super slow service and they weren't even busy. Starting to go downhill, sadly. With all of the poor reviews lately you'd think the manager would step up and fix these issues.
