Great food, very nice people. This was an excellent treat. We had Sweet and Sour Chicken, Crispy Duck, Shrimp Toast and Crab Rangoon. All of it was very good.

Did not like the portion size compared to the cost. We ordered two dinners and only got one rice. I usually go to the golden wok because their portion sizes are awesome! The food itself is good. Won't be going back.

Went around 6 PM on a Saturday and inside was bustling with patrons and a smell so aromatic that I was even hungrier than when I stepped into the restaurant. I was for sure I was going to get a great dinner with my takeout order. It took me 10 minutes to get home and the food was not fresh at all.The crab ragoon was stale and rubbery and cold and tough to chew. The two soups I ordered were nearly cold and thick and just not tasteful at all.I received brown rice and had no idea white rice needed to be specified with some orders. I wasn't asked what type of rice I wanted either as I made my order. The menu doesn't give you an option. I much prefer white rice.The workers are always nice, and normally the food is delicious when I go at lunch, but not this evening. This is the second time in a month I have ordered in the evening and the food quality dips significantly versus when I go at lunch. I was disappointed this time around.The delicious aroma and rush to serve a busy and bustling crowd was deceptive.I've had great good from them before, so I didn't give them a 1 star, but the food was not good and I wasted almost $20. I could have saved a lot of money and just had my less than $2 Ramen noodle cup and been more satisfied.

Family owned, local restaurant with excellent food and service! The owners are the friendliest people you could ever meet, and do their best to accommodate your meal selection preferences.
The best Chinese food in northern Indiana. The hot and sour soup is delicious. The crab ragoon doesn't have the sugar/sweetness that so many other Chinese restaurants put in theirs. The spicy mustard and sweet and sour sauce for it were the perfect topping to the ragoon! The green beans had a good kick to them without being too spicy. Almond chicken had actual fresh meat white chicken and didn't taste like chewy fake meat like so many others. They don't cook with MSG and everything tastes like authentic Chinese food. The service was quick and friendly and the owners are incredibly kind and friendly people. Large portions and great prices. I took home leftovers and had another meal! The only bad thing about it is that it's not closer to my house!

Went there on Christmas Eve, they were very busy! Had to wait 30 mins to be seated, but they were SO efficient! Really being rushed, but doing such a great job. Food did not take very long and it was just as delicious as always. Was amazed at what a great job they did with being so crowded! Best Chinese food in area and absolutely the best staff!
