It's unbelievable that there's police documentation and concrete proof, including a statement from a Michigan college coach confirming she recovered and returned my wallet, implicating your staff. During the follow-up investigation, the police officer's inquiries with your managers confirmed only four staff members were on duty that day. This complete failure to support a loyal customer, from the store level to corporate, is unacceptable. Despite numerous attempts via phone calls, emails, and reviews to resolve this, I've received nothing but inaction and false assurances. Your continued silence strongly suggests that involving my legal counsel is the only remaining course of action.

The food was ok the place wasn't that clean when I went in and like I get their busy but I've worked Fridays rush hour for breakfast and lunch and dinner at mcdonalds and was able to keep the lobby cleaner while taking orders but anyways when I went in I saw who I'm 99 percent sure was the manager treating some of his employees horribly and then was giving obvious favoritism to others and I usually won't say anything especially in a Google review but no one should treat their employees how i saw and then go and immediately joke around with others the sadness I saw in the employees eyes I've seen it and felt it myself at places I've worked with managers who let all their power go to their head and don't remember where they came from cause I don't really know any manager who didn't have low level employee work history at one point and your job as a manager is to be their for your employees to help your employees do your job to the best of your ability have a clean and positive work space provide great service and treat everyone above and below you with the same kindness and respect you would want shown to you from your boss or anyone else really. I'm sorry to all the employees who work their and get treated horribly just to make ends meet just remember their are better opportunities out there and sometimes things might work out where you are now but always keep your options open and remember that respect is earned not given do your job well earn that respect and if your still not getting it and your manager treats you poorly or doesn't do their job you don't always have to take it and your not alone theirs employees all over the world who know what your going through.

TERRIBLE 👎🏼👎🏼 preorder my food said it was ready went up to the counter and asked for my name and looked around and it was even made yet. Also, they didn't even get my order correct after making it.

Had a bad experience on Jan 16 2025 @7pm with shortages. Only protein available was steak, no white rice and no help from the staff and they were rude and unhelpful. The manager did not give a satisfactory explanation for their bad service. Tables dirty. The kitchen staff at the back playing loud music and foul loud language. Disappointed ☹️

It's the same everytime we come here. We will not be back. Tell me how you are always out of stuff. Everytime we have to wait forever for our food. This time the lady just started adding stuff to my daughters burrito. She added salsa but not the correct one and when my daughter said I can't eat that the lady just ignored her and kept adding the other stuff she had asked for. So I ended up paying for a burrito that I didn't know was made wrong untill after the fact. The lobby was filled with customers just standing around waiting on food bc nothing is ever prepared and ready. If I would of know it was going to take 20 minutes just for queso we would of never ordered it. By the time we finally got all our food and home my entire order except the queso was very cold. We will not be back to this location at all and it's the closest to us.

Vegetarian options: Why offer veggies when you are ALWAYS telling people you are out because you didn't prep enough?

Food is ok, not many options since it's Chipotle so pretty self-explanatory. Horrible atmosphere and service. The whole place was dirty, trash cans full, filth everywhere, messy counters, and unclean tables. The staff didn't even seem to care. My first visit to Chipotle and it was the worst experience I've ever had going to any restaurant.

Absolutely the slowest chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. Last 4 times were a 25 min wait… with 4 people in front of me. Used to be a great place to stop in and grab a quick great meal, but can’t even do that anymore. I come here to work on my standing balance now.

First time trying chipotle and I was pretty disappointed at how dirty it was… they didn’t have many options due to them running out of almost everything. The counter tops were disgusting, trash bins over filled, floors and all tables dirty.. you would think the two servers serving would start cleaning while waiting on food to be made but no instead they stood there talking to each other. It Gives a bad impression. It makes you not want to eat the food just seeing how dirty the place was. This location needs better management.

This location is trash. Always messy and always out of things at like 8 o’clock. How can you expect to be open till 11 when you’re out of fajitas vinaigrette and steak at 8:30? And they just shrug and blame it on day shift smh
