Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have ordered online and dine in. I have had the best experience at this location each time. Chips are hands down the best in all Fort Wayne, not to much salt and golden brown crisp. Absolutely wonderful experience.

The floors needed cleaned napkins food etc.
The were out of the steak carne special.
The kids said it was in the freezer that it would take awile to prepare..it was only 2:00 the kids had no enthusiasm to even help.we all left.the lady in front of us I suggested they give her a salad free.as they had started her BOWL already ..poor management. We won't be returning anytime soon

My wife ordered first and the server shuffled her thru like he was a robot. Didn't give her a chance to order her quesadilla, just rushed her thru. I was able to halt the server and get what she wanted and he didn't look pleased he had to go make one in the back. 4 workers up front and he was thr only one making dishes so there was no forward progress on the line moving. The food was ok, we've has better at other places. A lot of the chicken was fatty, so unpleasant to chew.

Service was horrible at this location. I waited in line while 4 different employees watched me. Finally a gentleman came from the back to serve me. He wasn’t friendly, didn’t speak and didn’t follow orders, not to mention he was FILTHY. The inside of the establishment was disorganized and disgusting. Soda area was a mess serving bad was a mess food mixed in different compartments. I order chips and guacamole and the chips were salty I couldn’t eat them. I look at the bottom of the bag and it’s filled with salt. Needless to say I will not patronize this establishment again.

I recently had a chance to grab dinner from this location and boy was I disappointed. Upon entering at 7 PM with a closing time of 11 PM on a Sunday night I was told that they were out of steak, black beans, queso, Barbacoa, and sour cream. How do you run out of core ingredients that make up your menu? Since we were craving chipotle, we went ahead and still ordered. I should’ve taken the sign of the general disarray, dirty tables, and messy prep areas as a sign that I should’ve left. It’s like they didn’t care. We bought a burrito bowl and a burrito with chicken since they were out of all of those other ingredients. After a quick drive home, the first bite of the burrito was ice cold. The rice itself was not even warm at all. I don’t know if it was the leftover rice or whether their heating tables were not functioning, but it was simply disgusting. This is also a food health hazard. I immediately called chipotle to report what we had experienced at the restaurant. It was not my goal to get free food, but for corrective behavior. They said they would inform the management staff and they would reach out to me to tell me how they would prevent the situation from happening again. Three days later I still have not heard from anyone. They have lost the customer. I definitely will not return given these conditions.

Guy serving food was rude , and per usual they were out of everything , stale chips , tiny portions , going to salsa grille !

Small portion sizes. Chips have been stale the last few times I went. The steak has way too much fat and has an off flavor. Not worth your hard earned money.

If i could give them 0 stars i would i drive 30 minutes to get there pick up my food, drive all the way home get inside to open up my boyfriend and i’s bowls, to notice he did not get anything extra that we had PAID for, then when mine was opened up, there was just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl, i tried to call to get a refund because now we have to go get more dinner since the portions were not correct what so ever even tho we PAID for extras. Very disappointed in you guys at Jefferson pointe … we had decided to go here since it was closest to him even tho our favorite is the Lima road location never have issues but we can’t go there as of right now due to a car driving through it. Will never be stopping at this chipotle again. A waste of $29.
