Guy serving food was rude , and per usual they were out of everything , stale chips , tiny portions , going to salsa grille !

Small portion sizes. Chips have been stale the last few times I went. The steak has way too much fat and has an off flavor. Not worth your hard earned money.

If i could give them 0 stars i would i drive 30 minutes to get there pick up my food, drive all the way home get inside to open up my boyfriend and i’s bowls, to notice he did not get anything extra that we had PAID for, then when mine was opened up, there was just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl, i tried to call to get a refund because now we have to go get more dinner since the portions were not correct what so ever even tho we PAID for extras. Very disappointed in you guys at Jefferson pointe … we had decided to go here since it was closest to him even tho our favorite is the Lima road location never have issues but we can’t go there as of right now due to a car driving through it. Will never be stopping at this chipotle again. A waste of $29.

Once again, a bunch of lazy young kids standing around was not busy place was disgusting. Couldn’t understand a word out of their mouth nor did they have chicken it’s only 5:30!! pretty sad these people want prices for this type of food and service. And charge me 2.00 for a bag of stale tortilla chips and I order a bowl? Well, not going to spend another dime here go a block over get real Mexican food for half the price! It’s a shame what corporations allow franchises to do these days.

Lady that took my order acted like the place was packed and needed to complete my order instantly. There was no one in front of me nor behind me when ordering me, also only about two people eating inside. She almost demanded to know everything i wanted when i was still deciding some things and it seemed like she was deaf. I was practically screaming what i wanted and she still went ‘what?’ She gave me less food and i could tell because my burrito looked sad. I ordered two side tortillas did not get those even though they charged me with them. I ate outside and heard another lady complain of the girl that was taking orders as she walked out.

Food was ok, but the staff was combative and did not want to do what was requested. Eventually the staff fulfilled the request of putting a burito in the bowl.

In a world of ever increasing subpar Chipotles, and even downright terrible ones, this one got it right. And I want to say out loud here that I appreciate that. Chipotle is one of the last bastions of reasonably sourced food, in the fast food world anyway. The wild card now these days is the culture that's being cultivated by management at the individual locations.

Horrible customer service and the guacamole was brown when asked about it I got a rude reply and the portion were small.and found hair in my food this location is horrible
