I only leave reviews when things are either extremely great or just flat out terrible. Ordered for the chipotlane. Took my food home, and was super excited to dig in. My bowl was maybe a quarter full. Guacamole almost brown which they tried to hide covering it in with all the red sauce. Carnitas was barely edible. A waste. Wife’s tortilla for the burrito was hard and was filled with air. Raise the prices and the quality goes in the trash. Honestly my last time making excuses for this chipotle. Be better and avoid this place.

I love to see that this place hasn’t gotten any better after a years time. Tried this place out again and the cashier Kate was beyond rude for absolutely no reason. I was just trying to pick up an order and tried to look to see if it was ready in the waiting area when I was greeting with her yelling at me to the point of the restaurant going quiet. Please close this Chipotle or get new owners that actually care about customer service.

This was probably the best Chipotle I've been too, operationally. Pretty big line but it moved quickly and they didn't run out of anything. Shocking for a Chipotle, in my home area at least. Young Hispanic girl working the line did a tremendous job.

Got a DOUBLE PROTEIN online and paid $4 more and I’ve literally gotten more protein on a normal bowl. I had maybe 10 pieces of chicken. Basically stole my money I’ll be going to the Colesium chipotle from now on

This restaurant has become such a disappointment. Tiny/half sized portions. Sticky floor from soda. Dirty tables. Obviously Understaffed. Garbage stacked on top of cans. Lemonade machine’s tops open and fallen inside. I am so sad, as Chipotle has historically been my go to for real food in the go. I repeatedly have gotten too small of portions from the drive through, so I went inside to ensure I got a decent portion. Well. I did not.

Was there to pick up my order at 533pm on 12/17/25. We waited at the Chipotlane for 5 mins as 3 employees ignored us. Finally one girl cane over (visibly upset that she had to stop and help me) and asked the name. When I told her, she grabbed the bag and handed it out to me and started to close the window. I said we had a drink and she scoffed, rolled her eyes and turned and said something to another employee who came to get our drink. This was so unprofessional. First of all, making us wait that long, just completely acting like they can't see us, then an attitude when I expect the drink I ordered and paid for. Very rude.

Might as well make the packaging smaller at this point so it at least looks full. I’m not sure how they are still in business at the price point.

Disgraceful and extremely disrespected:
Everything went just great (we were coming to lunch after my son’s good swim meet) until I actually glanced through my receipt to see a charge against an item I did not ask for.
Since I wasn’t asked about the item to be charged which I clearly told her not to I thought I was within my right to pick up the drink right in front of her which I did not receive.
While walking away the person from across the counter walked after me asking if I had paid for the drink. I said “Yes” you have charged me and I showed her my receipt. She went on to say “next time before picking up ask me else it looks like you are “STEALING”… Seriously, is this how you train your staff to talk to customers? I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure she wouldn’t use that tone if they did not share my skin color.
Was it ok to continually insinuate about stealing when it never happened in the first place?
She continued to tell the same word “stealing” again and again where she could have been civil and tried to diffuse the situation.
First your staff charged me without consent or any clarification and then she says “I thought you took it” and then she goes on to say “it looks like you were stealing”. Wonderful way to ruin someone’s day. I wish the people facing customers had a bit more decency to treat customers with respect.
This interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply upsetting. I hope your team takes this matter seriously and provides additional training to ensure staff speak respectfully to all customers and verify charges before making assumptions.

We order chipotle a lot as a family. This location is by far the WORST. We will never return. The cheese for the kids quesadilla was not melted at all, the bowls were like soup, and the tacos were beyond messy. The toppings weren’t even inside the taco and the tacos were stuck to the container. The food taste like it’s not been made fresh. The chips have HUGE salt clusters on them and the bag is only filled not even a third of the way. Very disappointing for $100 spent.

This is the third time I’ve tried to give this chipotle the benefit and my last time ever going back. Today chips
were burnt same color as the bag they’re served in 🙄 no chimichurri at the peak of lunch good grief. Almost thought the Carne Asada was Alpo! Also do better the Carne Asada had no flavor 🙄 whole bunch of grease and parsley fyi I’m pregnant and I am so irritated cause now I’ll be nauseous for a while because I got the craving but the craving was trash!! Exactly where this $30 meal went. Chipotle DuPont area way better way better customer service and knowledgeable workers too. I chose to go here after I knew better but thanks Chipotle for irritating me today!

Ordered via app and scheduled pick up in the chipotlane. Ordered two meals. App said food was ready at 12:30. Arrived at 12:37 PM, gal working the drive through window said “carne asada was currently being cooked and unsure when it will be ready”. She suggested I pull into the pick up parking spot and it would be brought out. She said the other car in the pick up spot was also waiting. Waited in pick up spot until 12:57 PM when the food came out. Arrived home food was barely warm. Gal who brought the food out was pleasant. Didn’t apologize for poor service or anything but pleasant and appropriate. Overall, poor experience for fast food, which aligns with their google reviews overall.

I ordered a chicken burrito from the Chipotle on West Jefferson in Fort Wayne, IN through Door Dash. The burrito was mostly rice with barely any chicken or other ingredients. I also feel like it’s hit or miss at this particular Chipotle.

Either staff is overwhelmed or they are not trained for customer service. I enterer 10:50 and the whole staff was working on chips bags, and cleaning. This lady yelled we dont serve until 11am. I understand food prep is important. Then open at 11 am then. People are moody
