Chop's Steak & Seafood in Ft. Wayne offers excellent food and service. The steak is flavorful, and the scallops are amazing. The Tomato Crab Bisque soup is a must-try, and the blackberry gimlet is delicious. While the steak portions may vary, the taste is top-notch. The fried Brussel sprouts and Mahi dish are also highlights. The clam chowder soup, crab cakes and dessert were all good. Pricing on wine pours is reasonable, and the House Moscato is recommended. The only downside was the creme brulee. Sitting at the bar may be a good option, especially on busy days. The staff is super friendly and can help celebrate a special anniversary.
