Chop's Steak & Seafood

Wife and I split a king prime rib. Our daughter ordered a petite prime rib. They came out the same size. Waitress could not tell us why they looked the same. I guess if you order them and they aren't together you wouldn't ever know. Definitely not worth eating here if they cant tell the difference. Disappointed

I really didn’t have food. I went in for some drinks last night. The bartender was great even though she was busy. But the manager should not be in a position of power. I sat at the end of the bar enjoying my old fashioned. Which was made perfectly. BY THE BARTENDER. Everytime the manager came in she was rude to the bartender. I watched this rude snobby lady speak down to the bartender 6 times before I had enough and finally left. The bartender explained to me she was new and the lady was just trying to help. But from what I saw that woman should not be in a position of power. I will be reaching out to the business directly. Because staff does not deserve to be treated inhumanly at a place like this.

My friend and I had dinner there before a concert, and Ashton was our waiter. He was knowledgeable, concise and very engaging. We ordered our drinks and appetizer. We got crab cakes . They were delicious! He brought my salad exactly when we finished the appetizer! We then both got the surf n turf for dinner. I asked for med- med well and it came out perfect! The lobster tail was outstanding as well . I highly recommend this restaurant. Stacey, the owner came over and we spoke with her during our meal. All around top notch dining experience!

Visited Chops last night for my mother and laws birthday party. It was spectacular. Our food was delicious. We got appetizers, a main course, and shared some desserts. Our server/bartender Ashley was amazing. That young woman smiled and took all my father’s little jokes. Most people can’t handle him or his bad jokes. She treated my mother &law like a queen. We will most definitely be back. The atmosphere, the service, and the food are definitely worth it. Also, Ashley informed us of the wine bar is opening soon. So we can’t wait for our next family event. Thank you for giving my mother a perfect “22nd”/52nd birthday.

I came into the bar last night. The bartender was busy. Running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Probably around 6 or so. This woman spoke to me as soon as I sat down, she introduced herself as Ashlee, and then preceded to talk me into getting some crazy cocktail I’ve never even heard of. It tasted so good. I don’t know what she put in it. She told me I needed to come back to Chops if I wanted it again. For over 25 years I have only drank one thing. But it looks like I’m going back Saturday night to see her again. And taste whatever it was she gave me. And this time I will definitely be getting the prime rib with my wife as well. We love you Chops. And we love your new bartender Ashlee as well.

Foul-smelling and dramatically undercooked piece of salmon served on my salad

Oh my. I came to Chops today for lunch. And the food was magnificent. I was greeted at the door by the friendly lady. I soon found out was the actual owner of the establishment. I sat in the bar area. The bartender is actually who served us. She was beyond polite and professional. She explained the summer specials and suggested some great cocktails for an early afternoon. I think her name was Ashley. We will definitely be back to see her. There was staff throughout the restaurant. Everybody was so well put together and polite. The lunch options were perfected by an actual chef, who was actually present the entire lunch. This was our first visit. Ashley let us take a peek at the dinner menu. And we will be back soon to see her and try some more delicious food.

Place is a glorified applebees. Staff was super unprofessional and the food was beyond mediocre. If i could leave 0 stars i would! Don’t waste your time with this place.

We ate at Chops for the first time last week celebrating a birthday. Service from Miss Stacy was excellent. She was very attentive. We ordered onion soup and it was delicious. We had crab cakes and filet. Delicious. Then a free dessert for birthday boy. We will definitely go back.

In comparison to other expensive fine dining places, atmosphere is nice but not exceptional. Food is very good, but just some minor flaws.

When I pay that much for food, I expect a lot more as well. Walleye fingers app was tiny food. French onion soup had an apple or sweet taste to it-- different, not bad, but not great. Filet had a small piece of gristle--never should happen. Service was excellent.

Excellent food cooked to order. Grilled center cut pork chop was delicious. Tomato bisque soup and cheese board complimented the meal!

This place sucks. The thought that this is supposed to be upscale is laughable. It is most certainly not. I stood there waiting for a table for at least 10 minutes with multiple people passing me not giving me the time of day. There were no clean tables, mine was never wiped down. The server wasn’t attentive at all, she also had bad communication skills, barely saying 2 words to me. The French onion soup was awful. A bug crawled across my table. The kitchen is open and visible and looks disgusting. The bathroom is also disgusting. Will never return.
