We always enjoy our food at Chops and we also order takeout. Chops has been a favorite of ours for years and we love going there.

Visiting Ft. Wayne...decided to celebrate friend's birthday dinner at Chop's. Very good service....Wendy was awesome. Steak a little overcooked, but excellent taste. Fried Brussel sprouts and Mahi were amazing. Not a fan of the creme brulee.

The food was adequate. The pricing was extremely high for the meal. The restaurant is not the same quality as when Chuck was there.

Definitely get the Tomato Crab Bisque soup. Excellent. Creamy and rich. Had the blackberry gimlet. Well I had 2 because they were that good. Steak was tasty and not dry. Mashed potatoes were good but would have liked another option. Sat at the bar since it was Valentine's day and no seating available. The bar tenders were nice enough but seemed more focused on putting away glasses than being attentive to when I was ready to order.

I love Chop's! Whenever I'm back home, I try to stop in for at least some crab cakes and a martini. The tomato crab bisque is also one of my favs! This night I went, they had a coffee crusted NY Strip as a special and it was truly amazing. Our waitress was lovely, and gave great recommendations throughout the night and they accommodated us being late for our reservation. Great place!

My wife and I wanted to try something new for her birthday today, 2-10-24. We drove a little over an hour from Ohio and we enjoyed an absolutely fantastic meal here at Chops. Food was great, Lydia was on her second night working by herself and couldn't have asked for better, she was on point. Thank you dear. She even paused to take a pic with the birthday girl. Thank you all for a great experience. We will be back.

Food was luke warm. Cold before I was half way through eating. Steak was very tough. Couldn't finished it, got tired of chewing. Way overpriced for the quality of the food. Will not return and will not recommend.

Took forever to place our order. Our first order of drinks took 15 minutes. They asked us twice if we wanted refills. When the food was served it was lukewarm and the steak was tough. Will not agree to eat there again.

The dining room is small and elegant. Wait staff was well heeled and knowledgeable. The goat cheese croutons on the chop salad is a total must: creamy, lemony goat cheese pairs fantastically with the greens. Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection (medium). I was skeptical about the mashed potatoes (wouldn't a baked potato be better?) but these were packed with flavor: bacon, cheese, green onions- like the center of a loaded baked potato. Crème Brûlée was a bit tough but passable. Overall my date and I were wowed by our experience at Chops. I don't give five stars unless the meal is truly excellent and surpasses expectations. Chops did it for us tonight. Bravo!
