Excellent service! Home of the cafe crème brûlée martini. Steak was tender and tasty, if not piping hot. That would be my only disappointment. I go to Chops every time I visit Fort Wayne.

My wife and I are at the point where we don’t spend money on food easily unless it is great food and great service. As such, we don’t have a lot of places we can go. Chops wine bar is my new favorite! We came in for Savor Fort Wayne. as such, we ordered a lot more food than we normally would. We found the wine bar to be very cozy, warm, and a good volume to be able to hold a conversation easily. The food was outstanding. I had a classic old-fashioned that was the best I’ve ever had and it is at a great price on Thursday Friday and Saturday nights. We were surprised at the depth of the menu for a wine bar. We expected bar food and this was far from that. We will definitely be back, a lot!

My wife and I went on a date Saturday night and first time to the wine bar. Half way through our dinner and cocktail apparently the owner of the place likes to yell at his employees that are over worked and under staffed. All we could figure out is that he was stressed about something and took took I out on our waitress that was doing a awesome job. After that confrontation she must of quit ,because she never came back and we never got an apology for the disturbing our meal and loosing our waitress that we really wanted to tip good. Don't think we're going back the food wasn't even that good.

Such a beautiful restaurant within exquisite atmosphere. Cody was extremely helpful as this was our first time here. The cocktails were crafted perfectly. The food will not disappoint you. Many different choices for every palette. ?

Learned a lesson Saturday night while visiting Chops. If I'm to come back, I'll ask if there are any large parties the night I want to visit ( if so, I would not come ).. Saturday a party larger than 40 or so people ( from what we were told ) dined. This caused my wife and I an hour and a half wait due to the kitchen being so busy. On top of that we were stuck in the lonely dark corner in the bar where the waitress consistently forgot about us. I don't blame her though, I'm pretty sure she was swamped from this large party.Anyways, I feel from this whole ordeal, the kitchen rushed out our food causing my chicken to be a bit dry and my wife's stake underdone. I would have said something, but when you've been sitting in a restaurant for almost two hours, the only thing you want to do is eat quickly and bolt.To make up for it, the waitress promised us free desert, which we thought we'd be able to order, but it ended up being what appeared to be a left-over browny in our to-go box.Can't say I'd come back. The spicy beef egg roll was phenomenal though!

Great $6 drink specials on Tuesdays! Can't go wrong with most of the food. Menu has been reduced significantly though.
