Food mediocre at best, skip the pizza, just get salad and cheese bread. Lots of games, many of which don't work. Prizes are awful, but the kids still love the place! Great to go on week night when not busy!

This place is clean every time we come. We were there for two hours and saw the employees clean the bounce house/jump pit twice. Bri is always a familiar face there and always friendly. Hope this place stays this good forever !

I wanted to say that Ann Marie gave us such wonderful service tonight. She was so warm and friendly to us! All of the other staff were amazing as well, wishing us goodnight and holding the doors for us. I can tell that this team is wonderfully trained!!

My son had a VIP party here and it was incredible! The staff at this location is amazing! I highly recommend. Excellent and clean. Employees are helpful and kind. Really great experience. I highly recommend for parties.

Ok so, they did revamp it from the very last time I was there 😂 and I would say that above all else my kids really loved the new games the trampoline area and then some. Overall a very pleased mommy 😊.

I just wouldn't waste my time or money here again after this last experience. They did away with a lot of the things that made chuck e cheese what it was. Now its overpriced, overcrowded, and out of control. I felt jipped, paying as much as we did for a birthday party, just for the experience we had. If you spend money on a party, youre still required to spend MORE money on socks so children can jump in the trampoline zone. The employees were letting kids that looked way too big to be in there, trample eachother in the trampoline zone. To top the night off , a phsyical altercation ensued toward the end of our scheduled party, wreaking havoc and causing multiple children in our party to become very outwardly upset and scared. What a waste of money.
We had my daughter Maleens 8th birthday party at Chuck E Cheese today. It was made so easy for me with our party host. She was amazing! I wish I could remeber her name. You have good people working there.
