Great place for the kids, they are very cautious & responsible when letting the families in & out. We had a sever that was extremely attentive, friendly, all the staff was friendly & hard working! Will definitely be going back there for birthday parties & just for fun!!

Amazing. Great staff! Going above and beyond. Everything was nice and clean. Food was great. Not to mention the whole experience was WAY cheaper than all of the other options around. The time option is genius! We did that. It gives you the opportunity to enjoy the games.

Lots of fun, we will definitely bring the kids back If you have toddlers like we did you might want to bring some help with you. It was really busy and we had 2, 2yr toddlers so we said next time, we will make sure we have 2 adults per toddler. I think the adults were more wore out than the kids were at the end but we all had a blast. The pizza was expensive and not the greatest, the salad bar was definitely worth $10.00 and we purchased 120 points for i think $35.00 and we still have some for the next time we go. The trampoline part was $15.00 a child that came with a pair of chuck e cheese socks and a wristband so they can go in and out the whole time they're there. All and all it was a great family outing. Definitely worth the experience

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I signed up for a Fast Pass at Chuck E. Cheese and decided to cancel the same day. However, they refused to let me cancel or issue a refund. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, they sent the charge to a debt collector — which is completely unreasonable for something I tried to cancel right away.
I’ve always gone here with my kids and never had an issue before, but this experience has been very disappointing. There should be better customer service and a fair cancellation policy for same-day mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend signing up for any online services or subscriptions with Chuck E. Cheese unless you’re absolutely sure — they do not make it easy to fix errors or cancellations.

Kids always have a great time here! We went a lot this summer, it was always clean! Pizza was good. Prizes are pricey but I think that’s expected in businesses like this.
I would of gave a dive star review but I had to take a point away for the quality and price of the food. The pizza is way to thin for how much you pay and it does not have a very good flavor. The salad bar cost almost $12.00 for one person and it really doesn't have much on it. Now to the plus side, the games are really fun to play and the trampoline park is great for the younger kids. The staff are very sweet and helpful. My grandkids have a blast when we go.
