I had gone to this establishment in hopes to get some ice cream after a terrible day. Unfortunately, I was met with the most VILE tasting ice cream and attitude. Very unfortunate that this place that used to be my favorite has suddenly gone so downhill. Will never be coming back.

This place has really gone down hill! I got a waffle bowl, it was stale as if it had been sitting for days! Then I got my usual cheesecake flavor ice cream and it was spoiled!

We hadn't been there in several years and thought it would be a wonderful treat to have one of their milk shakes. As we ordered the young lady at the counter informed us that they were out of milk and couldn't make shakes. She was nice. It wasn't her fault. But without customers you are nothing, and now I don't have a reason to be a customer again any time soon.
I didn't catch the girl's name who was working on 6/1 around 1pm, but she was by herself and very busy. Not once did she get flustered. She was quick, efficient, and kept a smile on her face the entire time. Great customer service!
Used to work here over 15yrs ago and nothing has changed since; except way less people coming in it seemed like. Service was fast and friendly. It was my littles first experience with the cold stone and they enjoyed seeing it all come together.

My husband and I went into this location on Sunday night. It was a little after 8 when we got there. After standing in line for about 5 min or so one of the girls behind the counter yelled that they would be closing at 8:30. The line was long but we thought nothing of it because 1. We were in the store before closing time and 2. Their hours state they close at 9. No one in line flinched because I assume they thought the same. It got to be about 8:20 and the girl had now repeated herself 3 times. At this point my husband and I were the first to leave so I’m not sure what happened after that. I had zero interest in giving our money to a company that would handle customers this way. I worked in the restaurant business for 10 years and I cannot imagine having someone sit at a table and tell them I can’t help them even though they arrived before close. Clearly this girl had somewhere to be and wanted to be out of the store asap.

I am incredibly disappointed in the staff, the situation and my whole experience. Just before 8pm, I arrived at Cold Stone with my 2 children who were incredibly excited about our visit and looking forward to their icecream. The line was long, but they were so excited they wanted to wait. At 810pm, when more customers walked in, one of the girls yelled that they would be closing in 20 minutes. We were half way through the line, so we didn't worry. After a 40 minute wait in line,we were FINALLY the next to be helped. At 8:30pm, the girl yelled that they were now helping their last group. We had waited 40 minutes. We were next. We were told to leave, 30 minutes prior to the store closing! The website says the site closes at 9pm. The sign says the same. The doors were unlocked and there was no closed sign or note. Yet they were helping their last customer. Waiting 40 minutes in line and then being told to leave 30 minutes before closing is quite rediculous and completely unacceptable.
