my experience usually isn’t too bad here, usually i’ll have to wait 5 or 10 mins but that’s whatever, i ordered ahead like i normally do. my order said it would be ready by 8:58. it is currently 9:32 and ive been sitting in here for a half hour stuck. i hate how the people in line can get their ice cream handed to them and haven’t even paid, but i’ve paid and my ice cream has been taken hostage.

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews .. Every time I’ve came to this location which is often, I’ve never had an issue with an employee . All of the employees have been friendly & quick . There’s also never been a line so maybe I just come at the right time. But I would definitely recommend this location! And the ice cream is the best around!

The person was so kind and she was the only one in her and she was patient she is the best.

I waited in line for quite awhile, which was fine, I wasn't in a hurry. Once realized there was only one person working (on a Saturday afternoon), I was instantly annoyed, but as it got closer to my turn, I actually felt bad for this girl but she was doing great! Working as fast and as efficient as she possibly could. Not only was she taking/making orders, running the register, going to the back to refill things and taking care of online orders but all with a smile on her face! This young girl amazed me, as she did not even look or act stressed out she had a line of at least 20 deep)! Once it was my turn, l asked her what her name was, she told me it was Keegan. I told her she was doing great but definitely needed a raise (as she was doing the work of 3 employees) and she just politely smiled. I've never in my life have actually taken the time to leave a review but I felt that I HAD to say something! I definitely think Keegan needs to be recognized for not only staying calm and polite but while doing the work of 3 employees! My final question is, why is there only one employee scheduled for a Saturday afternoon? Luckily for Coldstone, Keegan was able to pull this off because most couldn't. I'm also assuming she went over and above her typical job duties:)

Cold stone is always a good choice for ice cream where ever the occasion. Fun flavors to split or go crazy for the kids. This place clean and presentable. Unfortunately every time I have gone there, there is something wrong with the order or they have been out of what is asked for.

I went here today after seeing a movie. They were still open and the store was completely empty. I stood in line for a good five minutes while the two teenage employees sat in the back room giggling with the door wide open. I locked eyes with the two girls several times, assuming they saw I was in line and needed assisted. I ended up leaving without being served as my order was never taken.

Do not buy ice cream “cakes” from here. Mother in law paid a lot of money for a large cake for a birthday party. Wanted a cake with cookie dough pieces, and Kit Kats in the ice cream and Kit Kats on top. So many things went wrong and their unwillingness to help prompted this warning to others.

They ran out of Kit Kats, had a total of 4 little bars split in half, didn’t bother to tell us or ask if we wanted something else instead, still charged us for it though.

The cake itself was very dry, and the center was hollowed out, and collapsed. They admitted this is not normal after also saying they had video of them making the cake and claiming they did a good job.

Rather than a bunch of small cookie dough pieces spread throughout the ice cream part of it, there were a couple huge (like size of a piece of cake) chunks. So big and hard that even a 7 year old boy couldn’t eat it.

After calling them and asking for a refund, they said they don’t do refunds at all, and could offer 50% off another cake, which we don’t want after this experience. They wouldn’t even give us corporates phone number to escalate.

Extremely disappointed in the entire experience.

Ordered from their website for delivery and they sent out a partial delivery and never notified me, then they would not pick up the phone, called 6 times

Grace was so pleasant! She always is, even when I being my rowdy boys she entertains them!

The ice cream was as I expected it to be, cold and delicious. What I didn’t expect was the service to be so amazing. Evie was so patient and kind while I was trying to select a flavor that my 4 year old autistic son might approve of. Later in our visit I was a little embarrassed in asking her to take our picture but she did so without judgement and without hesitation. For some it’s just ice cream, but to me it was so much more. Evie, thank you for being such an awesome person and helping to make our day out perfect!

Ordered from here this evening and once it was delivered I was more than disappointed. When my delivery driver was there they didn't have one of the items so I settled for something else. The topper is I got the quart for the other item and it was not even nearly full....for the amount of money it is it should have been. I would love to post the pictures I took of it but I can't figure out how.

Had to wait for a family that wanted to sample everything... once it was my turn, service was excellent and the desert was on point.

Unrelated, the ice cream is good

I was picking up ice cream tonight and there was a 2 or 3 year old girl outside vomiting. Her dad was helping her and I went in and asked for a small cup of water to take her so that she could rinse the vomit from her mouth. An employee at Cold Stone told me that they could not give the small child water and someone would have to buy her a bottle of water. I cannot understand not having empathy. Especially for a child.

I took my grandson to Cold Stone for his birthday. He loves the variety of ice cream flavors and the choice of toppings. Plus it's fun to watch them make your ice cream treat. The ice cream is so delicious!!
