Obviously their Ice Cream is delicious, but Salem is Fantastic and such an asset to their team. She takes her guest's preferences into consideration should they be out of product, and made the wait seem next to nothing. I'll literally be coming back just to be around her warm and bubbly energy.

Great ice cream . Best around. However they are running this location into the ground. Whoever owns this shabby care. Drink machine empty, no bottled water or other drinks except Diet Coke had a few left. The credit card scanner buttons are all rubbed off and can’t read. Tables dirty. Please someone buy and save this great store.

Did you know that Cold Stone has vegan options?! They had a raspberry sorbet and my wife added gram crackers and strawberries in; and I had the silk chocolate ice cream and added golden and regular Oreos with peanut butter!!! ???☺️?? So good! It was a Saturday so they were pretty busy, but the staff did a great job with the getting the customers in and out as fast and efficiently as possible! Thank you for the Vegan Options! Great job!Vegetarian options: Raspberry Sorbet and Silk Chocolate Ice Cream

I don't understand how someone thinks this is acceptable. This was done poorly, and looking through reviews it appears that there is an established pattern of similar product. I regret ordering the cake here, and I will encourage others to make better decisions.

Went in to Jefferson point location over the weekend. Just wanted to give a shout out to the young man that was working the ice cream line, he was such a hard worker during this busy time of the evening while the other two were standing around. I asked his name and it was a very unique name and can’t remember but started with a Z. He was very out going and made sure that our family was truly satisfied with our choice of ice cream.. my kids love that he did a couple tricks for them. We will definitely be going back when is is working!

I was there 12/26/23 around closing since we were the last customers before locking up. The line was long but we thought, it’s ice cream it can’t take that long. It took a longggg time to get to the counter. Not a big deal, but why did it take so long?The two employees were taking scoops of ice cream and trying to put on a show by throwing customers ice cream across the room into the cups. It created many unsanitary situations where they dropped the scoops or touched dirty surfaces like the ceiling with scoops while doing a trick and only dipped them in the water to “sanitize” them. They also wasted roughly $40 worth of ice cream from missing the throws across the entire lobby with every customers order.I haven’t been to cold stone for years but I always thought of cold stone as a fancy ice cream place since you’re paying $6+ for a scoop, but this place was ratchet. Jefferson point has gone down hill and that’s very unfortunate.

The gentlemen working behind the counter tonight was beyond stellar. He was overwhelmingly busy and instead of being rushed or disgruntled blared Christmas music, sang and asked for others to join in. Pure holiday spirit embodied this employee. He deserves recognition for his effort to dissuade people from becoming irritated or leaving when the line became alarmingly long due to, what i can only assume was, an after dinner rush of individuals coming in!Dietary restrictions: Lactose, they have sorbet
My latest visit was deeply disappointing due to the behavior of one of the staff members. During our visit, we encountered a Mexican worker with dark hair working at the front, rolling the ice cream, whose conduct was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. His behavior seemed discriminatory, making the atmosphere unsettling. We expect a welcoming environment where all customers are treated with respect, regardless of their background. This experience was not only uncomfortable but went against the inclusive customer service expected at such establishments. I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a better experience for all future customers.
