Walked here one day, had to stand in the drive-thru to order. Chili dogs were perfect. There's outdoor seating which is confusing because of the whole drive-thru window situation.

The cashier was rude, i told her i was gonna call the owner and she said go ahead im family, told me not to come back. Everytime i ordered she wouldn't let me finish very annoying, couldn't really understand when she was on speaker either. Train her better or get someone else that wants to be there.

I wish I could say this place was good. Seeing the reviews, I decided to give this Coney a shot. First, I was surprised by just how expensive it was. More than I’m used to paying for coney dogs. Second, the dogs weren’t good. They had gray splotches and barely any chili. They were cold by the time I got home, which is only 5 minutes away. I couldn’t even eat them.

I used to eat here all the time, when I worked out south. That's been 25 years ago. I was very surprised to see they were still in business. The food was just as good as I remembered! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I came here daily for months! Since moving back to Fort Wayne, usually great, fast service with friendly staff. Today u came July 3rd 2025 and supposedly the manager who’s very unpleasant, unprofessional, unhappy, unhelpful, unfortunate looking and smelled of marijuana told me they would no longer honor putting the chili or cheese on the side for chili cheese fries??? It’s carry out only, it seems like a very common request so the fries would mint get soggy. Either way I’d be happy to accept this if she wouldn’t be so rude or act as if my request was difficult especially considering I was the only car in the drive. I do understand all requests can’t be granted and NO the customer is not always right. But the way you reply to customers, absolutely matters and simple request on carry out only should be granted especially for small business owners who should appreciate all customers. With so many “hot dog” locations around town, you they lost a daily customer with rude management

They have great Coney Dogs and Cheese fries and any type of Coney Dogs you would want. We take special trips just for that place and there ice machine has them small little ice cubes. It rivals with Coney island. Coney Express is very unique and they don't build them like that no more, I strongly suggest to go.
I got large fries 🍟 and a mtn dew float ... You can make you're float any soda flavor they have ... very good fries they have a unique flavor and taste it's soo good... I'm vegetarian so I didn't get the coney dog but a few of my friends said they are very good tho and I believe it after I tried the fries

The Coneys are so good that I brought home a dozen hoping to have at least one for lunch the next day, but no.. my family devoured them, lol. I guess that's a great sign, but next time, I'm hiding some 😆
