Dear management at Fort Wayne Indiana Corelife on Coliseum rd. I came in to grab dinner on 4/25/2024 just before closing and before leaving went to the restroom. I followed an employee (a short, petite, white girl) to the bathroom and watched in horror as the same girl that had made the food that I ate, vacate the bathroom as the automatic toilet was still flushing, without ever washing her hands. Makes since that someone who didn't care enough to smile or even look at me while making my food wouldn't care about my food safety I guess, but I can't imagine eating at this location any time soon. The tiny black girl at the register wasn't any better and I had to help her count my change.

The worker was sitting in the lobby doing an interview and said that they would be right with me. I waited for 10 minutes while she kept conducting the interview so I asked if I should just go somewhere else. She yelled at me and said I am in the middle of an Interview and I can go somewhere else. I do not appreciate being treated like that and not being able to place my order.I understand if it takes a while to get food when being understaffed but to make someone wait that long because they are conducting an interview is not acceptable. I really enjoy the food here but will not return due to poor service. The store was also dirty with very sticky floors and trash.

We love the food here but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The build your own bowl options are confusing and the employees won't explain how it works. They were very unfriendly during our visit and not happy to answer questions about what's included so we just ended up ordering something off the main menu. We will probably still order our occasional door dash from here but dine-in is not worth it. Also, the drink options were mostly empty which was a huge bummer since the teas are usually good.

I’m a regular and I always get the BBQ Ranch Chicken bowl. I asked to swap tomatoes for extra cheese, just keep everything else the same. Y’all handed me a bowl of rice, cheese, beans and COLD bbq chicken. No cilantro or tortilla strips. You could put my “Large bowl” in a small bowl. I paid $13.12.

Saw this place a lot and thought I'd finally try it. The menu is a little intimidating at first but the staff there were really helpful with explaining your options. The food was good too, everything tasted fresh and very flavorful.

I come here regularly on the weekdays to grab food for work. The food always comes out good, I rarely have any issues. Since there isn't much activity during the weekdays here the workers often sit in the back on their phones. I seriously could care less, I would do the same. The only issue I have is that some, not all, look visibly upset when I let them know I want to order. Like sorry you have to work? Anyways this little girl in a niqab gave me such obvious attitude when I asked her if she could take my order. I ignored this obviously because no one has time for that and I'm not her mother to correct her. Anyways after a hard, brutal, and tiring time taking my super simple order she then put my food in the bag and didn't even bother handing me it. I know the cashier could tell the other girl wasn't in her best of moods and handed me the bag instead. She should really quit if she hates her job so much. I would completely avoid this location if I had another one to go to that isn't miles away. The workers ruin the experience but I'll just try to ignore it.

I’d give this negative stars if I could. The food is good but when I walked in, the girl at the counter was the rudest person I have ever met. Glared the entire time and made me feel stupid for asking questions since I had not been there before. Completely ignored my second order and I had to ask the guy at the counter to make it since I guess she just didn’t feel like it. AND to top it all off, they gave me the wrong order for one item, and I asked for my wrap with no cheese and there was cheese on it. Never going back here again and that girl needs to figure herself out.

Forced to tip. The credit card machine wasn't working so they told me I just had to hit 1, 2, or 3. I looked and those were for 15%, 20%, and 25% tip! Sneaky and unacceptable.

Very nice atmosphere. Clean, signage is helpful for the menu and preps you for eating.Basically like a cleaner food Chipotle but I think it’s cheaper.I had the Southwest chicken and purple rice with a side of the gluten free Mac and cheese. The salad itself is quite filling and does taste good with the lime jalepeno cilantro dressing. A side isn’t necessary. But I couldn’t help myself since they had gluten free Mac, which was quite good. Almost a texture like mashed potatoes.Service was quite pleasant, the guy running the grill even apologized to the lady in front of me for her stuff taking longer than usual. (She didn’t seem perturbed… he just did it)Worth a good salad!Dietary restrictions: Very good for those with dietary restrictions. They specially have signs asking you to tell them.Kid-friendliness: They do have a great kids menu of meals about 5.95.

Not safe for those with a dairy allergy. My husband and I split the Tuna Poke Bowl and the Korean BBQ Bowl. Both the website's allergen menu and the employee putting together our order said that they were dairy free, but my husband got really sick after eating. (I have no allergy and I felt fine.) Either the allergen menu is wrong or there was cross contamination. For what it's worth, the restaurant appeared clean and well stocked, the employees were friendly, and the food tasted good — though arguably overpriced for the small amount of meat — but we will not be back because we cannot trust their safety for allergies.Dietary restrictions: Not safe for dairy allergies

Tasty food, many options, friendly staff who are able and willing to make you feel welcomed. They are aware and able to help with allergies and dietary requirements.Dietary restrictions: The manager was able to help accommodate food allergies and requirements. Although none of the sauces met the restrictions, the food was tasty and there were several options.

I love eating here! Ingradients are so fresh and the variety of selection is great. Great healthy dining option around the town. I also love the bright and vibrant atmosphere of the inside. We enjoyed our food and time here. Highly recommended!
