Couch in room was uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible. We are off really cheap plastic wear and eggs looked green and tasted horrible only thing good was banana and oatmeal. Used to be allot nicer. Oh yeah and don't expect to get room cleaned every day unless you want to pay a whole lot more. The restaurant was ok but usually had to wait and if you go for the half sandwiches they take the fries away.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is extra in the restaurant. Lots of great restaurants and pubs in walking distance. The lounge by the lobby is nice when meeting a group.Rooms: Accessible rooms are available (from the signs in the hall outside select, marked rooms). King rooms have a comfy couch and nice big bathrooms.Nearby activities: The happy gnome is a great place nearby to try some great food and interesting beers.

I was here for a two day meeting, not an overnight stay. I do not walk well and even the handicapped spaces in the garage were too far. The front desk person fed the street parking meter for me and would not take a tip.

I have stayed in many Marriott Properties and I have to say this is the bottom of the barrell. Staff is totally all have attitudes. Reserved 15 rooms had dinner reservations for 8 and they would not seat us until whole party showd up. Many empty tables open that could seat our group asked and they said they are reserved. Hour later leaving tables still empty. Order a simple drink and he brings out large glass of drink and a separate glass with a shot in it. Serve steak dinners to table and no steak knives. How is this hotel and restraunt even open. Save you money folks for to a Hilton property. This manager needs fired yesterday!

THE PILLOWS WERE AWFUL! (Yes, they are so bad that I decided to start my review with this.) We stay almost exclusively at Marriott properties and I have never had such thin, flimsy pillows before. Just awful. This is why the hotel only gets two stars from me. In general Marriott has really great pillows. I don't know what the deal is at this place. The first room they gave us had a door adjoining to the next room. It is so thin that we could hear absolutely everything going on in that room. And they were noisy neighbors. (On the flip side, it would have also been very easy for them to hear us, even if we weren't very loud.) One would think that those doors would be soundproofed. We did go to the desk immediately and ask to be moved to another room. The hotel obliged, though it did take them too long to figure out how to do it. I am just grateful that they had a room available. Not sure what would have happened if they didn't.It's disappointing that the Courtyard does not include breakfast like many of the other Marriott properties. As platinum elite members the most they would give us is a $10 credit toward breakfast.

Have stayed here on several occasions. Rooms always seem well cared for, staff has always been helpful and parking garage is convenient.

Absolutely the worst experience in a Marriott property I have ever encountered. As a Bonvoy member, I was greeted by an awful receptionist who put me in a disability room. When I complained, she said "most people do not have a problem with this." When I explained I would prefer to have a regular room so that someone with a disability has access to this room, she turned this encounter into a "you are a nasty, rude person", " Do not talk", "I have spoken to ambassadors with better demeanor than you". She bypassed me, and would not check me in for over half an hour tending to other guests as retaliation.Absolutely the most unprofessional encounter at a Marriott property. Shame on management for allowing this, and then making excuses for employees who do not uphold to the Marriott brand. Will be checking out in the morning and make sure you pick the Hilton across the street instead.

I feel the tall older front desk woman is racist towards me. First night when I was checking in, she passed me over and helped the people cues up behind me first. Then tonight, I stopped by the front desk because the key card didn’t unlock the back door so I was getting it rekeyed. Her first word to me when I walked up was “delivery?” She though I was a food delivery worker. Way to make your guest feel welcome…The shorter front desk lady with the pixie haircut is really nice and helpful though.

Room was okay. Just a basic room not fancy or anything. Room was clean. Elevator broke or something at 1am and fire departments had axes trying to get inside. Also hope ypu do not have to call the front desk, you get random people who are unable to help you.
