The Shake of the Month is just $2.50. It was a really good one today if you like cherries.

Incredible food, great coffee, horrible attitude from some of the staff members. Very unfortunate.

It was our first time in and the staff were miserable. Barely talked to you. Never said hi, and just acted like they hated their jobs. I won't go back due to the staff.

Coffee and food are very good. Came in to the bluffton road location on 7/21 at 9am. Barista working had an attitude. Rolled and her eyes and sighed when my four year old changed his mind on his order. Frowned and looked disgusted at us the entire time. Then when we walked away from the counter started flirting with the guys behind us.

My wife and I just returned from crescendo coffee. We ordered our drinks and couldn’t help it notice that the young lady making our drinks would stop and make another person’s drink that ordered after us and send them on their way.
I’m not kidding. 3 other orders before ours, and another person got theirs just as we got served. That person arrived 15 minutes after we were standing there.
I have never seen a barista move this slow. We tipped the young lady and everything.
She was unapologetic. Gave us a cold look. Then she started to clean. And then it hit me.
They must’ve been getting ready to close and we’re giving me a bunch of attitude about a complex drink mix, and I had no idea what I was ordering. I asked her what would be good. Her and the tall guy that I assume as a manager, let me know through attitude that I was inconveniencing them.
This is the last time I will be coming to crescendo for any coffee, and that’s a shame because it’s right around the corner from me and my wife’s home.

Crescendo Coffee Shop is a busy yet cozy spot, perfect for catching up with friends or conducting a casual business meeting. The lively atmosphere, combined with comfortable seating and a friendly staff, makes it an ideal place for both social and professional gatherings. The hot matcha latte is my favorite—rich, creamy, and perfectly blended.
