First off, the lack luster greeting I received walking in was an amazing start to a crap experience. I placed my order THE DAY BEFORE for pickup nice and early before work. To be told I had to wait ten minutes for one of my cookies. I’m beyond irritated. Isn’t that the point of ordering ahead and selecting a pickup window???????? What’s the point if it’s the same as ordering the cookies when I walk in the door??????

I usually love crumbl and all of the locations we go to but this one was just plain dirty. The floors, the counters, even the ordering kiosks. Very disappointed.
