We ordered 2 baskets & the third item was not rung in correctly but I heard what my nephew ordered. We were there from out of town & needed to get back for work so we didn’t realize our entire $30 order was wrong until we were already back on the road to Indianapolis. When I called the restaurant back, the manager on duty only offered a voucher for 1 basket which we still have not received. Completed online survey for someone to reach out, nothing.

I been ban from store because they didn't make the food as I order , and ask for refund. This is how you treat your customers. You kick them out when you messed up. Called corporate, they do not own this store . I hesitated Saturday to post everything but since we all know how this turns out . I have a HEARING DISABILITY. So I speak up when talking. Not YELLING. I was kick out for the simple fact I have a DISABILITY. I wouldn't trust any Culver's since corp does not care what each store does as long as the get there payment ever month .
