Culver's is now one of our favorite go to places in Fort Wayne. We love the fish sandwiches and my husband is a hard sell on his fish. The staff is always friendly from the minute we enter until the time we leave. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. The prices are comparable to many other restaurants. I highly recommend Culver's and we will be return customers.

To start things off the service was very poor. The people working in there was extremely rude because it was 30 minutes before they closed when I went in. I ordered my food to go. The patty to the burger was hard and salty. Cheese curds was also very salty. Ordered a peanut butter shake that didn't even taste like peanut butter. This was my first time in a culvers. I honestly don't get what all the hype is. If I wanted garbage service and food I would have went to McDonald's. None the less I won't be returning.

We placed an order online and accidently ordered at the wrong location. When we showed up and found they didn't have our order (totally our fault), an employee went above and beyond. He called the store we accidently ordered from and made the order at the location we were at so we didn't have to drive across town. Regretfully, we didn't get the employees name but he provided exceptional service tonight. Well done, sir! Thank you so much!

Ordered Spicy Chicken basket ant it took more than 40min to make. By the time it came everyone else at the table had finished eating their meals. Terrible service here tonight. The place was not busy so this was frustrating as we went twice to the till area to ask what is happening with the order. A lot of goofing around of staff that could be heard from the other side of the restaurant instead of serving customers. They also said they lost the receipt and could not fine a receipt with a survey, which I think was a lie because the manager Jimmy didn’t want to get a bad review.
