Will NEVER go here again. I am severed a freaking milkshake concrete mixer because they don't have a menu of the toppings in the drive thru. They say they have fruit, syrups and candies. So my son and I are left pondering what we want. And then they ask if we are done rudely...no we're still trying to figure out what we want as there is nothing listed. NOT EVERYONE has phones to view the stupid menu and NOT everyone wants to lug there entire family into the dang restaurant for ice cream when they have been out all day. So then I get served soup? Freaking baffling....they are laughing at the window the whole time. Where the hell is management? What a joke...

They were busy and made a few mistakes on our meal. The remakes also had a mistake. The manager was super nice and apologetic. He ended up refunding our order and giving us free custard of our choosing. Super friendly and customer service oriented staff. Customer service done right!
Meal ended up tasting great and the restaurant is very clean.

no CO2 for the drinks and they was aware of it. it was my first time eating at a Culver's and wasn't very impressed by the food either. it was ok. the chocolate shake was good though
Line wasn't long oder was taken clearly even tho there was lots of noise. Very professional and their food never dissapoints

Culver's is now one of our favorite go to places in Fort Wayne. We love the fish sandwiches and my husband is a hard sell on his fish. The staff is always friendly from the minute we enter until the time we leave. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. The prices are comparable to many other restaurants. I highly recommend Culver's and we will be return customers.
