The last two times we have been at Culver’s (Stellhorn Rd.) in the last two weeks has been very poor. Both times my burger has been wrong. Today we took it back and they could have cared less. We told them it was frustrating to have to bring the burgers back and they just handed us the remade burger and that was it. Honestly just makes me not want to go here anymore. Please pay attention to what people are ordering!!!!!

I’ve been to this Culver’s numerous times but tonight 12/20/24 was the worst first my sandwich was rang up wrong then it got remade and that was messed up as well so I had to get a total of three different sandwiches and I wasn’t compensated or anything and I was asked for my receipt after the second time but the manager took it when they had to make the initial remake not sure what was wrong with the crew tonight but it’s not a good look guys.

I have ordered from the Stellhorn location twice on door dash. The door dash service is phenomenal. The employees can’t seem to check the bags before sealing them for the dashers. I have ordered a concrete mixer twice with my butter burger basket, and both times I never received it. After contacting my dasher, they inform me the employees will confirm all items are bagged.

Every time I go to Culver’s they never disappoint. I had went last week and it was in the middle of the dinner rush, which comes with expected wait times and maybe some mess ups because everyone is busy and running their tails off! The drive through was a little slower than usual and that’s okay because the girl sounded like she was new, we just had to be patient. The girl at the window was very nice, we then pulled forward to wait for our order, which was a little larger than usual. The gentleman came out and handed us an order that was for the car behind us. Everything was ok I just waited for the next gentleman and we swapped orders, he was very kind. Now I had my order but I overheard a lady in front of me who also must have gotten the wrong order. She was screaming and yelling and this poor kid & he just froze and did not know what to do. He said something along the lines of “I don’t know…” and she cut him off very loudly, screaming “I know you don’t!” Absolutely baffles me. In the middle of a dinner rush mishaps are going to happen, that’s a risk of eating out. The way she handled her situation was immature & I sincerely hope that boys night got better and he didn’t let her get to him. He went and got an older gentlemen who seemed to handle it. Listen, mistakes happen! Kudos to Culver’s and the kids that have deal with these kinds of things on a daily basis.

I guess I was expecting more from the chicken fingers they were ok little over cooked. I love cricket fries by ours we're cold and soggy.
I would try them again maybe it was an off day, employees were nice enough. The fries just were such a let down.

This particular location of Culver's seems to be especially diligent with gluten allergy. I have never been sick after I eat at this location! So thankful to have a quick place my daughter and I can run through when needed. 🙌🏻
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, not just ordering gluten-free but telling them you have an actual allergy! I am not celiac tho.
