My friends and I had dinner here today. Our service was phenomenal. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, especially Tavo. He came to our table several times and performed card tricks and gave us tokens for free custard. Give that man a raise. Whatever he’s getting paid, it’s NOT enough.

I tried to order online and use a coupon, but the website required a code that the coupon did not have. Since I was a first-time user, I received 25% off, which was great, but instead of 2 malts I got 2 concrete mixers. For 2 burgers, large onion rings and 2 malts the bill was close to $40.

A friend and I stopped in for dinner. When I ordered my sandwich without tomato I was told that I would be charged to not have tomato. I stepped back and said excuse me. Again she said you will be charged to leave the tomato off. I confirmed what I understood would be an aprons cost. I have never ever heard of any restaurant charging to not have a topping on a sandwich. To be honest I never got any food. I turned around and left. I am still dumbfounded that they tried to charge me to not have a sandwich topping. I haven't decided how I will proceed. I go to this particular Culvers at least once a month. It's one of the few fast food places that I eat at. Will it join the ranks of places I never go? Maybe. I will continue to talk to friends and family about it.

I would take a picture of my food but didn’t receive it. Charge me 9.00 for three plain patties!! Get home with my order 20 minutes away. I guess it’s my fault should’ve checked no patties put the fries in the bag Josh!!!!!! and you want more money per hour 😭 this place is a joke. I told my wife not too give this place a second try after last screw up boycotted them for at least six years,five guys is the spot, better Burger better environment and there’s no wait like this and you definitely get your food!!!! Put the fries in the bag!

I go here probably a couple times a week and I’ve never had a bad experience until now. I ordered two meals to go. When I got home and opened the shrimp dinner it only had 10 French fries at most. The prices for dinners are a little higher than just fast food but usually you get your money’s worth. I’m really disappointed in this restaurant. Not sure I want to waste my money another time.
