The food is normally good, the onion rings are good. However i don’t know if its worth waiting 1/2 hour and having to walk in to pick up the food only to be told they hadn’t brought it out because they were bagging the fries ( they had no more onion rings) AND then the fries were COLD! Very disappointing

Although all the Culver's are amazing this one is especially good for several reasons. The order is always correct and hot. However, the wait time is generally pretty long. 5-15 minutes after you pay.

Service took forever and the majority of our order was missing or incorrect. There are much better options out there.
We were greeted with a smile. The woman who took my order was not only friendly but helpful. I was disappointed as far as the onion rings were concerned.The booth seat was ripped and very worn.Finally, the man who presented the order we got to go should get an award for being friendly! I wish I could mention the staff by name as they were very friendly as well as efficient.

Unfortunately it seems like this location has gone down in quality. The food is still great, but there seems to be poorer service than what I experienced in the past. This is consistently showing in regularly misplaced meals and poorly trained staff, so I believe this is more of a problem with the mangament here rather than specific employees. I hope they are able to work on these issues, but for the foreseeable future I will not be returning.

Went to celebrate my granddaughters birthday. My son and his family ordered food at the same time my girlfriend and I did. They were almost done eating when one of the employees noticed that my girlfriend and I did not get our food yet. About 10 to 15 min later, we finally got our food and some coupons for 2 free meals. Drive through customers were getting their food, but why was my order ignored. I was very disappointed and frustrated and hungry too. I had to drive about an hour or more to meet my son and family to end up watching them eat first before my girlfriend and I did.. You guys do better than that...
