The manager with the pink bun is the man! Or at least should be the manager I rarely write reviews but give this guy a raise he’s such a hard worker and treated me so kindly on a super packed Saturday. 5 stars

They messed up the order about 50% of the time in some way. And the curbside pickup is never on time. I frequently have to call them after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes to remind them that I'm here. If we did not like the food so much we would not go back.

A cashier named Abby was not patient with me at all. She talked with an attitude and did not help me with my order and I felt rushed. When she gave me the number for my order I asked her “do I take it with me?” She ignored me, when I looked at her she just nodded her head. I told her it’s my first time here so I needed help with the order she didn’t help to tell me anything about my order when I asked her if it comes with fries etc and did not even engage at all. My husband is a non English speaker and she asked us something about the FFA and he thought she said “cash or Apple Pay” and she looked at him with a dirty look and said “what?” It was just an overall an annoying experience talking to her.

We came in at the end of a large rush, the restaurant was just filled with a group of more than 40 people when we walked in. I had no problem being patient but I did have a problem with people who came in after us getting their food before we did, and the manner in which we got our meal, piece by piece. They dropped off one meal, then a few minutes later someone else dropped off our custard and then several minutes after that we finally got the 2nd meal. Each one was a “drive by” drop off, they didn’t even stop to apologize, ask if we needed anything, explain why w were getting our meals in pieces, etc and the whole process took over 30 minutes. I understand what it’s like to work in restaurants and get slammed by a large group. I don’t understand the lack of service to the other patrons.

Asking me for my order before I can even look at the menu, and Asking for details I already answered 3 times. Drive through experience as bad as Chick-fil-A

We stopped in for dinner and each got a burger, fries, and a drink. You can expect to spend $10-$15 for a basic meal which is on the higher end compared to McDonalds but its also much better than your average fast food. The employees were also pretty friendly. The lobby is large with a nice selection of table sizes. The only downside I noticed was overflowing trash cans in the parking lot and it was a bit messy around the soda machine with straw wrappers. I would still recommend as its really good food!

Culver's is always good. The staff is so polite, and they always get my order right. Only had an issue 2 out of hundreds of visits over many years. Nobody has to be perfect but they are pretty close!

Ordered lunch for someone else in a bagel for myself. When the order came there was no bagel and for some reason the lady at the cash register never entered the bagel. The two side dishes for my guest was supposed to have chicken but neither had chicken. Again, I went to complain and was met with an attitude by the person working behind the counter. My guest did indicate that the dish she received was good but I never did get my bagel. Dining out is expensive enough without needing to deal with employees with an attitude.
